It is disappointing to lose the hundreds and hundreds of challenge tokens I had saved up since the start of the last challenge (if I remember correctly, I had 360). At least they were easy enough to get just by playing normal battles (assuming it is still the same now).
How would it be unfair, they still start with none and the fact that I played previously to gather them does not change anything for them...
The publishers want money, and they want the devs to implement ways to make more money. Thus, challenge tokens are removed when there's no use for them.
Did those who actually paid for challenge tokens during the last challenge (if anyone was foolish enough to do so) lose them too? Also, its no more unfair than you or I already having the characters required for each challenge (and those characters levelled up) instead of having to buy them new to use them for this challenge.
It didn't take long to earn the needed tokens. What I don't get is why the tokens keep accumulating even after you finish the challenge. I am playing this game a lot more now because the update has made the game state more persistent in multi-tasking. Earlier it used to load from scratch, if I kept it minimised for a few hours.
Has anyone been able to pull a batgirl from gold packs? I thougt she might be in there aftr her challenge, but so far, ive yet to see one.
The best thing about it is that it has (I think) the longest heavy attack string, hitting four or five times really quickly. Its attack isn't that high compared to other gold cards, but it's fast, its first special is long-ranged, and its second special poisons. So that stuff makes up for ostensibly low stats, I think.

75k packs? I thought there were those 75k packs in the shop? Im a not able to buy one of them every day? I saved 75k but i don't to save another 25k
I don't know how the timer is reckoned. There are times when the 75k pack doesn't appear in my shop at all, for more than 24 hours after I have purchased the last one. But rest assured, it will appear back sooner or later.
Yeah, especially if you can't get the challenge cards (Batgirl, Zod, soon to be etc.) from packs, since buying each of them outright runs you almost 200,000 credits a pop. It'll be a long, long time before I have the patience to get Zod to Elite V, especially since he's not even stronger than the Red Son characters (or at least supes and WW, not sure about Grundy off the top of my head).
