Nice analysis bro I am very excited because Zod has always been my guy, he is interesting. I have 4 more battles to unlock him ( waiting for my energy to recharge)
Unlocked Zod. And yes, his passive looks like it could be useful in a very hard battle, as a tactical 3rd team-mate. For my routine play, the passive will rarely come into play effectively. Comparisons to the Supermans are inevitable. Tbh, I find their passives to be pretty useless most of the time. Regime Superman, of course, has the clear advantage of an unblockable No. 2 over Zod.
Ok I got Zod a moment a go and he is exactly the same as superman Anybody notices that? Any thoughts?
That's how the game is structured. All characters with the same base stats do the same damage. For example, Batgirl, Lobo, and Doomsday (Gold) all have a base attack of 850 so that means: 1) Maxed out attack stat will be 19,822 2) Lv1 Super does: 6,541-13,082 3) Lv2 Super does: 19,623-39,247 4) Lv3 Super does: 49059 (actually 49,159; there's always been a slight diff b/w what's on the card and what's done in battle) Hopefully that answers your question
Heads up: the starter pack doesn't seem to go away after purchasing so now might be a good time to get a bunch of silvers super cheap.
It would be nice if they would put up many challenges at once for the early finishers. I got Zod and now, like many others apparently, have a 17 day wait. Oh well.
Noticed that too. Already elites Harley to 5 so at least she resells for 10,500. Great way to elite silvers.
I am also have Zid. Is it just me, or is the Kryptonian Rifle pathetically weak? I mean, that thing's a freaking tickle ray when I use it. EDIT: I dug through the game's files, hoping to find another banner like I did last time. I haven't found one (yet), but I did find something interesting. Files prefixed or suffixed "Raven". If that's not a teaser for the next DLC character, I don't know what is. EDIT 2: Also files for Hawkgirl, Ares, and Aquaman.
14 fights until I have Zod. So much for not blazing through it in a day. Still, fantastic news about Ares, Aquaman and Raven. That's awesome! I hope we don't have to wait too long to see them.
It's not confirmed, but the fact that their data (models, textures, animations, animations for super moves, etc.) is all there is good enough for me.
Just finished the Zod challenge. I got a screen with two silhouettes on it with "More Challenges Coming Soon"! The left one was definitely Deathstroke, and the one on the right looked just like Raven.
selling chars? Does anyone know if it's possible to sell characters in the IOS version? I can only sell those extra cards...
I think you can only sell characters when you have more than one card. So you can sell a duplicate rather than using it to promote a card you have, but if you only have one card of that character in your collection, you can't sell it.
oh ok, thank you another question: does anyone know what happens when you finished the last challenge of the game? is there anything to achieve like for example a special charakter? i've got zod too. he is lvl 33 now. i think it's very hard to elite gold players. i don't have the nerves to collect that much money
I know there's an achievement for beating all of the non-bonus battles in the game, but you don't unlock anything else special for clearing everything. And to level up golds, buying the daily 75,000 gold pack is useful, as is being able to sell back duplicate gold characters. Most of them sell for around 49,000 credits, which is basically halfway to a full-price gold pack. So that helps!
alright thank you! i got the regime superman now. does it make sense to power him up or should i use the other gold characters i have? (batgirl lvl36, red son solmon lvl 34, zod lvl 34 all powered to the max) i mean: is he THAT strong that it makes sense to use him now?
I think the more gold characters you have, the better-- especially for the last few battles of the game. And buying packs for characters is a lot cheaper than buying specific characters in the shop to promote them. Doing that costs way too much money to be effective, and you're missing out on the two extra cards you get in packs. But yeah, Regime Superman is one of the strongest characters in the game (and his second attack is unblockable), so I'd definitely recommend leveling him up. Hopefully you'll get some lucky packs to promote him, but until then leveling up and increasing the strength of his special moves should do the trick.
