I was quite sad when I opened the Gold pack and got RS Solomon Grundy. I was hoping for a batman or superman, but then I realized the chances of getting RS cards from gold packs were pretty low after all. ) Still I want a Batman!
Any news about updates? I'd love to see some more battles added or characters like Huntress or Captain Marvel.. anyone else got any ideas for how to make this game better?
Maybe Red Son 2 will be out which will feature Red Son Green Lantern, Deathstroke, and Batman. Just maybe, it's a rumor
One of the next DLC characters for console versions is supposed to be announced in the next few days. I'd be happy to see the missing characters coming in a future update - I'm still baffled as to why Aquaman, Shazam, Raven, Hawkgirl, Ares and Killer Frost weren't included in the initial version of this, as well as why Lobo, a DLC character, was included before them . Other DLC characters like Batgirl or Zod would definitely be nice too.
The app description said for the update that future red son characters were coming soon. What makes me think so is that the first pack was discounted. That sale was supposed to be 24 hours only. That was two weeks ago so maybe that's the new permanent price as well as NRS saying that the cards are coming soon. I definitely took advantage of that sale though and now my red son cards are elite 5. Same here. Why put in some and not others? Instead of the Green Lantern Regime outfit (which wasn't even in the story mode), I think they need a Yellow Lantern card. If they put in the DLC characters, do you think they'll add Scorpion?
http://twitter.com/InjusticeGame/status/350758705970696192/photo/1 I think this apply to IOS too This was from a while ago and it applies to the iOS as well. At this point, any update would be nice, even more levels should suffice!
Interesting photo. I assumed that the regular Superman and Batman were essentially the New 52 versions. Today I finally bought my Red Son pack. It's taken a long time, but the characters were worth grinding for. Funnily though, having Red Superman on the team causes my Superman Regime to gain a 50% attack boost. I thought the boost applied to other Red Son characters only?
Lol, yeah that's weird. It's 50% attack boost for every Red Son character. It's a glitch perhaps? I never bothered with Red Son chars because, i beat the game without any effort. I just spent my hard earned credits to get Wonder Woman Regime Elite V, Batman Elite V, and Green Lantern Regime Elite V/Best Gold character Elite V. I got pretty much all of them using the daily 25% gold boost pack!
Qustion: I've unlocked gold characters like Batman Beyond, Red Son Grundy and Lobo. Once unlocked i can purchase Lobo Cards, why cant i purchase Batman Beyond? is this a glitch or the norm for everyone else?
I didnt fully understood your question but, if you get one from a pack that's it, they aren't going to be available individually. If you unlock them from the console achievement then they'll be available for purchase individually. Hope that helps.
Apparently a new update just dropped that includes, along with a new mode and new battles (and maybe new characters, or just new skins, I'm not sure), a way to finally sell your duplicate cards for cash. Nice! Off to download this now, and I'll report back. EDIT: Yup, you can finally sell off your duplicate cards and rake in quite a nice profit in the process. There's a new challenge mode I have yet to dig into, but the reward is a new character that I don't want to spoil here, so at least there's that to look forward to. So, new battles in the challenge mode and a new character, plus a way to offload unused cards for cash, but no new pages of fights in the main story mode.
The character you can unlock in the new challenge mode is a Gold Batgirl. You need challenge points to participate in each fight. You get 25 to start and more can be earned by playing the regular game or purchased in the shop. You'll need many more than the 25 free points to get her. Very cool system though. UPDATE: I just did 5 challenge matches. Quit out. Came back in to check some numbers and all my progress on the challenge vanished along with all of my challenge points. Still had the money and XP I made from the challenges and from selling a few cards. So... good start!
Here's the change long, it references new characters (plural) AND new skins. It might be time to reinstall Injustice on my iPod.
Yep, the selling of cards is a huge advantage to me. I've a good few of em to sell off that I don't use anymore.
Each of the five sets of matches has some requirement. First round is Bronze only. Second is Bronze and Silver. Third requires Catwoman on the team. Fourth is Harley on Team. Fifth is Bane. 12 challenges per set, so you can finish two (if you don't lose) with the free challenge points. Challenge points can be bought 3 for 10,000 or 20 for 60,000. So far I've earned two challenge points per regular ladder match I've played. If you only buy challenge points, you're pretty much looking at 70-80 to complete these, yeah? You can skip a match for a set amount based on difficulty. Rewards for beating two or more sets. Cash, silver boosters, then Batgirl. Getting some random rewards after matches. # energy refills, for instance. Match currency reward is always about 500. Some matches have conditions, like CHAOS, but not all.
You're only selling items, not characters. So unused Upgrades and duplicate Support cards. This does mean you might sell a Batman Beyond upgrade, for instance, and then later get a Batman Beyond and not have that upgrade anymore. That's the only concern. As far as support cards, those don't stack, right? So we should be free to sell away.
You're right. I didn't check it correctly and i thought we can sell characters also. Anyway this is great opportunity to get rid of some batmans and jokers from boosters, which cannot be promoted no more but were stuck there.
I played through the final page bonus battle and got 3 challenge tokens per fight, so you can get a whole item's worth in one run plus three left over. Should have all five items in a day or so, then I wonder if a new challenge character will show up-- or if you'll have to get Batgirl again to promote her, which is why they gave us a 17 day window.
