Is there a cheat code or do u have to put in hours to get the gold level fighters ? i know about the energy reset by working the iphone clock but still u gotta fight alot of matches. any other way any1 ksnows of ??
I've beaten the game but my catch 'em all problem has me playing until I've got all the characters. To grind the first battle on the last page I'm using an Elite V Silver Flash (Regime). He is powerful enough to easily solo every match. Don't give up on the Silvers, just don't expect them to be there for the final battle. They get more powerful than unpromoted Golds when you get them to Elite 3+. And they are (often) more fun to use EDIT: I'm just missing Batman Beyond. Damn is he rare!
Good point! I think what I'll do is when I get my golds all to a good promoted level, I'll go back to buying some silvers. I agree with you on the fun aspect-- The Flash is a beast I'm hoping to get in silver, and who doesn't love Deathstroke? With my luck, though, I'll just wind up pulling four Grundys :| First up on the agenda is getting all of my golds to at least elite 3, though. Doomsday and Superman Regime need to step it up.
Wanted to add myself to the list of people who've finally beaten this iOS game (thank you date/time change energy exploit!) My team was Black Adam (Regime)/Batman/Bane, all gold Level 40 Elite V. I was very lucky that I was able to get all three of these guys to Elite V on booster packs alone, but even at full power Black Adam crumples like a tissue against the last few battles in the game. He really was a crutch, but it wasn't impossible to beat the game with him either. On the other hand, I love the Batman/Bane combo! Batman does it all; Way of the Bat is the best Level 2 attack I've ever seen, and really the only one I use at the later fights. And Venom Tank+Tactical Genius+Break the Bat will One hit KO most enemies. I have at least one of every gold card character too... anyone try Doomsday Elite V yet? I'd happily kick Black Adam out of my team and work on maxing out Doomsday if he's as worth it as the CPU makes him seem.
Congrats! Doomsday is a bit weak HP-wise, at least as far as I can tell with an unpromoted one, but his biggest strength is how fast he is, considering the amount of damage he deals. And his super move is ridiculously good.
Doomsday has got to be a beast. All the cards level at the same rate. Just look at the base stats (850 damage, 1050 health for Dday) and compare them. He has the second highest damage and third highest health PLUS he gets 50% health back for every kill! Whats not to like?! I am however hoping for a Batman/Superman/Superman Regime Elite V squad (or WW). I've only got Batman at Elite V (hence beating the game with the duplicate bug) but I want to legit the final battles as well. I've got both Supers and WW at Elite II and getting more tonight. Still looking for that Batman Beyond (even though it looks like a very weak card in terms of stats compared to the other two Batmans). EDIT: Black Adam has the second LOWEST Health of the Golds (with only Harley at 600 base health as worse) and third lowest Damage. I'd think Bane would be worse (lowest damage of the Golds) except his health is better. They both attack too slow for my taste. Bah to both of them!
Yeah, doomsday's passive ability is amazing. And Bane works quite well as a damage dealer with his specials (not so much his regular attacks), but his best attribute is just to act as a stalling wall so that by the time he falls, you have two super moves ready to drop on whomever of your opponents might be left standing, courtesy of your reserve team members.
Ugh, I must vent: Saved up for the better part of the past week to scrape together $75K for my first gold pack... Buy it, watch as the achievement for 16 unique characters comes up and... CRASH. Money all gone, no 16th character, no gold hero, no new support cards, my week of game play wasted. You've got to love a developer who was very careful to make sure the game state was saved the instant you press "Confirm" to spend money but made zero effort to also save what you were spending the money on at the time.
There is a way you can get all that back in a days worth. Since I mean jeez, a week wasted for nothing. Boy that must suck
Sorry to hear that. What bad luck for it to crash right after you purchase a Gold. I have had the game crash a couple of times, but thankfully during a fight.
Whenever it crashes for me, it's usually when it's loading at the title screen. Freaks me out a bit every time it happens, but I've managed to avoid data loss so far, fortunately. Sympathies, though, Hannum. That sucks.
The best way to grind for cash on low levels is to get a lot of teams I have 5 teams of bronze/silver and 1 gold A team I can get around 20k every 2 hours by grinding the first page bonus battle
So here I am grinding to get 75000, only to discover that after buying the first one (and a Black Adam to boot), the game no longer gives me the option to buys another. Even 2 days later, no bonus discount booster. Did anyone else encounter this bug?
Injustice Which Superman is better? I am on the last page of battles and getting there gave me tons of cash. I am sick of getting the same cards over and over again, so I decided to save the cash credits and now I have over 220,000 and want to get a Superman but don't know which one to pick. Any help please?
Is it more profitable vis-a-vis energy/time to grind the first page bonus or the second page bonus? I have 3 teams in all, that are easily capable of winning any of those battles.
It's not a huge amount of time in total, but between available time for gaming and my attention span for this game, I'm only grinding out around 10K a day on the first page bonus and that's simply not going to change. The energy exploit? Useless to me, my patience gives out long before I could reap any benefit from cheating The fact I managed to make myself wait for a gold at all instead of going for two silvers was a feat of epic persistence for me
Why not just get some bronze packs so you can make more teams? Just get them to level 10 and it shouldn't be too hard to defeat the bonus battles
