But I agree, that's the method I use when I'm playing on the couch.

 

Disregard my earlier post re: the bonus levels on pages one and two. I just did the post-Sinestro bonus battle, and there were only a couple of rough stages. Doomsday was actually a bit of a pushover, compared to Wonder Woman (that's one pulse-pounding first battle, jeeeez) and Bane.

Only snag is the energy cost, but the payout is a lot higher than the post-Green Lantern bonus stage.

 

Doomsday Bonus Battle is somewhat challenging at times. Y'know the first, the middle, the second last and third last battles are the toughest or prove the most difficulty. The enemies prove somewhat a thread to R Supes (Regime Superman)
But the pay-out is amazing. 10920. Although some hard fights took as long as 2 minutes to complete >_>

 

That's coz drain skills are better when they are a first skill. You want them active asap to prevent enemies from unleashing level 2 or 3 skills on your main damagers.

 

Yeah I know, but when going up against all golds none of them have drain, so its an advantage

Man, I HATE silver Nightwing and Luthor :|

 

The best feeling is taking out Nightwing and Lex Luthor. Since their drain moves are a y'know.

 

I love the karmic feeling of using those two to just brutalize your opponents, though.

Hmm, Joker seems to be getting pretty powerful pretty quickly.

2100 damage and 2380 health at level 10, not too shabby!

And he's also really fast, too, considering how much damage he can dish out.

I did a gold pack and got batman insurgency, gold. what cards are better than this?

That's pretty damn impressive. I'm tempted to save up for him but the trading card collector in me gets such a buzz from opening a blind pack

All 3. You want Regime Superman, Batman and Doomsday. They possibly make the best team ever.

The best thing is, he is the first card I got from my first gold pack

 

Got 3 gold characters so far (Superman Regime, Black Adam, Joker Elite 1), although I'm still hesitant to go to Page 5, and just stuck to farming the Page 3 and 4 bonus battles for money. And yes, you can virtually solo any page 4 bonus battle with an Elite 1 gold guy, provided you have his Level 3 going for you. Joker has been tearing it up!

Superman Regime is awesome because his Level 2 is unblockable as is. Really helps make Page 3 a breeze.

Is it a good idea to get a full-priced gold booster, or should I really just wait out on a day by day basis to get the 25K off the once-a-day discounted booster? I'd definitely be happy to get a fourth gold character, and I've honestly left my silvers to the wayside. Haven't bought a silver pack in ages.
