Yeah that's where energy exploit comes in handy. You save time and in doing so, nets you money. I've finally zeroed my cash and after beating Doomsday BONUS battle you get 10,920. That's for every single time after the first. The first time completing it you get 21k. I think I'm going to jump the gun and buy characters manually since I got a gold Bane >_>
Nothing makes me want a coin doubler more than opening a silver pack and getting the Joker. Next 35k to hopefully make up for that disappointment is gonna take some time to acquire. My luck with characters in boosters is pretty bad, apparently. Elite I Regime Nightwing, however, is a beast.
Join the club. Just opened a gold pack (my second one) to find a black adam. Sigh... Oh well atleast his lv 2 has power drain. And I guess this is what I get after getting doomsday on my first one. I might just focus on silvers for now to get a better team to grind with.
Yeah, I feel like Silvers, especially if you can get them ranked up, can certainly hold their own in more intense battles. I'm probably going to need to be using at least ranked 3 elite silvers by the time I get to Doomsday's boss stage, considering how badly I got wrecked by the second part of that ladder with a non-ranked gold Joker, an Elite 1 level 20 Lantern and a level 18 silver Sinestro. Came close, but fell short. Doomsday himself would have ruined me in no time.
I think the game felt sorry for me. First gold booster, Black Adam. Second...Batman Beyond Saying that, though, Adam's supermove is pretty damn good, even with no upgrades.
Jeez the game is being mean. After I got my second Gold Booster, upon opening it, I got a Bane. Bane isn't really the best Gold card to begin with. I guess after getting a Regime Superman I deserve it Oh well, he's almost level 30 so
I actually like Black Adam. I got his gold card twice, Doomsday and Superman. I've been wanting a Batman so I'm just going to grind and buy him. Congrats on Batman Beyond!
Cheers I have to say I had to stifle a little girly "squee" when I got him (was on public transport)...I've been a massive fan since the cartoon first aired years ago, and he looks totally badar$e. And yeah, I actually don't mind Black Adam! I've got him at level 30 with no Elite ranks. 5610 health, 3960 damage. With a maxed out Electric Burst and supermove at only level 1, he's pretty damn good! Haven't done much with BB since getting him, except unlock his super. Saving up for a third gold to fill out my team. Fingers crossed for a Doomsday or Supes!
Anyone know how the energy recharging support cards are supposed to work? I have Martian Manhunter, Power Girl and a few character-specific ones, but the timers don't seem to be shortening at all. Am I just misunderstanding how they function? Thanks!
energy during a battle (for skills) that's what those cards affect not the re-charge time outside of fights
Oh, okay. Thanks! I assumed the "Power" related boosts affected special skills, like the one Bronze Luthor has, and "Energy" meant the Energy for the timers. My mistake.
Hey guys, im really enjoying this game! Does anyone noticed that the other heroes(cards) were not in the shop? Ive encountered Harley Quinn Arkham, Bane Nightfall, and Batman Beyond, but i cant find them in the shop.. Does anyone here got them by winning some levels?
Man, the game looks really sweet. In terms of gameplay, is it more like a CCG or a turn based fighting game?
Neither. It's a real time swipe based fighting game with stats controlled by cards and a lite RPG leveling system.
Has anyone figured out the reliable way to get the daily login bonuses. Been playing since launch and it doesn't even have the first one unlocked
Yeah, batman beyond looks pretty sweet. I bought a pack, got him, but then checked my collection, and everything I had gotten in the pack wasn't there . Fortunately, I back up my save before every pack so if I get something bad, I can just try again. Still don't have the beyond though, getting it is really rare. I do have batman, Wonder Woman, regime superman, prison superman and Arkham Harley though!
The card collection aspect feels secondary to me. This is like a pocket version of Mortal Kombat. It is being compared to Infinity Blade, but i think this is quite different. I like this game, but absolutely disliked IB.
