So I now have Batman, Wonder Woman and Doomsday at almost level 40 each and I'm looking into getting Superman next. Which Superman is better? Regular or Regime? Regime looks like he has a better bonus but how do their power attacks compare to one another?
There's now a cloud icon in the upper right corner of the main menu. Tapping it asks if you want to restore from the cloud. Then, it asks if you want to save to the cloud. Gonna install on my phone now to test.
The bonus battles (last level on each page with a star) are the only place that retain the big money bonus for beating the "boss" after playing once (meaning the last fight within the battle gives a big bonus the first time played which goes away for the non-bonus battles after they are completed). The other stages aren't worth your time for money grinding. For instance, the bonus battle on the first page give ~5300 when completed. It requires only 2 energy per battle. The bonus battles on the second and third pages are 3 energy each but give more money. I haven't moved onto the fourth page yet as I'm still grinding money. BTW - I've read on the GameFAQS forums that people who have finished the game say the last page (6) almost requires you to have three gold characters at Elite V with maxed out unblockable specials. Meaning you'll need not just 3 gold characters but 5 MORE OF EACH to beat the game... keep that in mind.
To get gold characters will u buy packs or buy a specific character? My worry is a shit character In a pack
I've only bought packs. You get skills cards this way which become free upgrades later on. I guess if you are abusing the energy glitch, then you can just use 3 characters to finish the entire game in which case buying singles may work much better for you.
With the packs you take a chance; but there aren't many totally worthless characters. I got a 220,000 coin Superman character with my first 75,000 gold pack so they're a lot better value for money (I could buy 3 gold packs for 1 Superman character so even if 2/3 of those packs are weak it'll still be a better value provided I get one desirable hero).
Has anyone else had the 75K gold pack offer disappear after the first purchase? I got Black Adam, too. Double indignity!
Ah, Doomsday Bonus give a solid 10-11k. Even better than the Sinetro bonus which only gives you 7-8. Completing it the first time gives you 20k+
And Doomsday is the only character that cannot be killed if you play your cards right (LOL). He is better than Superman overall despite having a slightly lower attack because of that. If Doomsday is hurt, just swap him out, and if anything is about to die, put him back in for the kill and he's back to put in more hurting.
I hopefully plan to get him. I can only hope. After that comes Batman. Then comes the long perilous wait to get Elite V on all of them, which I'm sure you've done. Alas, either I don't get who I want or I save up to buy them manually. Yes. Pretty sure. Oh and you get a Green Arrow Silver card first time through.
