Ok guys so I saved like mad and got AOB to E7 Any last advice about who to promote yet - RSB or Prime Batman? Which would you go to war with if you could only choose one?
I would LOVE to say RSB just because of his fuzzy hat, but sadly I have to recommend Batman Prime. RSB's passive only helps Red Sons where Batman Prime's passive helps your entire deck. Luckily for me I don't have to make that choice since AOB, Prime, and Insurgency are all at E-VII already. I still wish Blackest Night Batman was on sale <sniffle>. His passive and his stats aren't all that good, but he gets bonus points for the cool Special 2 animations and just for being a zombie!
My heart says RSB because of the furry hat but my head says Prime Batman because of the passive. I just find that aside from the passive Prime Batman sucks as his specials are all weak and boring. But that passive is great.
Batman Prime will always have a special place in my heart... He was the FIRST gold card I ground out... My nephew wanted Batman Beyond for the console SOOO bad it wasn't funny. In retrospect, I wish I had completed the console game first since Prison Superman woulda made that grind easier. That first 182K was a BE-OTCH!!! Batman Prime's Special 2 is still pretty good if you can land it unblocked.
Curious why Warner Brothers have purchase only characters in their X-Box version but not in their iOS version. Would you all pay $4.99 for this group in it meant they also unlocked in the store? For me it's an easy yes since I haven't spent a penny on the game yet.
It's a yes from me too. I would much rather buy characters or upgrades with real money, rather than the credits as it's works out very expensive. I've spent about £20 over the whole time, if you could purchase actual cards instead I'd love it.
I've said it more than a few times... I would LOVE to see the Blackest Night Characters work together ala Red Son style. Would I pay for them for the mobile game? Hmmm... I would rather PLAY for them, but I wouldn't be opposed to a purchase OPTION. At this point... after hours, days, MONTHS of grinding... I would pay to unlock Shazam in the store. The problem is how much would they would have to charge for the system in place. Right now you get 192k Credits for $19.99... So a 220k Credit character would cost well over $20 each... Would I pay THAT much... ABSOLUTELY NOT. The other problem is the hackers who have a ga-gillian-brazilian credits in a hacked account...
I don't play enough for grinding to get me the characters I want. So, if they charged $1-5 per character, I might actually spend money on this game. As it is, I'll never spend money on it because I just don't play it often enough for it to be worth it. But if the characters were over $20, I'd just do what I do now and not spend a penny on IAP.
Id pay 5 bucks to unlock those zombies!!! So I think I've done pretty well on this sale. So far I got: 8 AOB's (E7) 4 Batman primes (E4) 2 RSB's (E3) I did start out with 1,000,000 credits in savings so that helped. I really hope this sale lasts a couple more days so I can get my RSB to E5!
I'm so pissed. I just fought through a ultimate MP battle, got to the last fight without issue, then face a hacker with Raven and Cassandra Cain Batgirl. Not understanding Raven's CHEAP passive, I was victimized as I had RSWW with full health swapped with Raven's health when it was just a shred. Then I bring RS Superman in, start kicking her @ss, and wary of the passive, go to finish her off in one shot with his special 2. Lo and behold, midway through the Man of Steel special 2, her passive activates again and again brings me down to a shred of health. So I lost and wasted the time and didn't get the ultimate bonus. Effing hacker....why can NR not find these guys???
Unreleased cards are SUPPOSED to be an automatic ban... NR will catch and ban the account soon; however, not before he/she spoiled your victory. You can report the player; however, they will just associate a new WBID with the hacked deck and spoil your victory again... I haven't seen as many fighting Epic since the higher MP fight became available... but they are still there. I've seen a team with E-VII Ares, CCB, and the Unreleased Raven... ALL with 300 gear scores of course -_-
The most annoying part is I should have won if not for my lack of understanding of the new Raven passive. Rest assured that won't happen again. So I squeezed in a couple more RSB's to get him to E5 before the sale ended. I'm really excited now with the Lobo sale that it means we will be seeing more sales and hopefully past challenge characters available for a week at a time. Does Darkseid have a new comic coming out (lol)?
Here's a disturbing twist - I was just playing MP and came up against the same hacker (same user name) who I encountered WEEKS ago who was using CC Batgirl and Ares!
Since I'm not participating in mp and finished up to BB7, the sales and challenges are all I have to play for. More sales is fine with me.
Yup... there's no way to get top 1% against all the hacked decks in MP. <sigh> it sucks to think that the release of Season Reward Gold Card Exclusives has RUINED MP for good. Apparently there's a work-around to prevent hacked decks from being banned... IT'S FRAKING IRRITATING!!! All you can do is report him... it'll at least force him to create a new WBID... and maybe, just MAYBE, the original player save file will be corrupted by other users/hackers (there's no honor among thieves). At the very least, he won't earn the Season Rewards for cheating.
Well... only a day or two left on the Zatana Challenge and no word on any of the upcoming Challenge requirement cards other than Raven's... Henxcingaming is unusually quiet on the subject -_-

Nope... Here's how they work: Gold Booster is a random Non-Challenge Gold Card +2 random Support or Upgrade Cards (NOT including Alliance Credit Support Cards). 25% Gold Booster (AKA: Daily Gold Booster) is the same as the above only 25% cheaper. Challenge Booster is a random Gold Challenge Card (NOT including the current update's Challenges... Zatana, Raven, Red Son GL, & Aquaman Prime won't be available in Challenge Boosters until the next update) +2 random Support or Upgrade cards. NOTE: 1. Shazam is ONLY available through Gold Boosters (Daily or regular). 2. Ares (and I think Cassandra Cain Batgirl) are ONLY available as MP Season Rewards. 3. Killing Joke Joker is ONLY available via Alliance Credits. 4. The ORIGINAL Red Sons (Superman, Wonder Woman, & Grundy) ARE included in the Gold Booster random list... but the ONLY way to get all three at once is via the Red Son Booster. Hope this clears things up a bit.
Some thoughts on the new characters I have become very familiar with from facing in MP: Cassandra Cain Batgirl: Dangerous passive, cool looking character, not much more than that. Ares: Cool looking character, DEADLY block breaking SP2(!), you need to take him out before he uses it, thankfully he is fragile enough that he can be taken out quickly. Raven: Her passive makes her a headache to deal with and probably requires more carefulness (the passive) than any other character aside from maybe AODS and his killer block breaking SP1. Also a very strong SP1. In general, fight her with your weakest OR least important character OR TRY to one shot her so her passive doesn't eff you up. Try to avoid multi hit SP2's against her as the passive WILL kick in mid move and turn the tables on you! I haven't faced Aquaman or RSGL yet, I guess the hackers find the others sexier picks.
You have me all excited for the next challenge now. Most on here know I've been wanting that Raven card for a while now.
