Bb7 Took another stab at BB7 <sigh> Hollywoodshono's BB7 YouTube Video gave me false hope... I made it up to the No Passives/Radiation Match vs. the Red Sons. Fought it NINE times (even used gear that Hollywoodshono didn't have)... No joy. Gotta max out Darkseid at E-VII and collect/evolve a little more gear before I try again...
Then I'm in good company Also following in your footsteps I elited my Red Sons to E3 (Grundy is E4 due to a booster pack) last night. RSSM had a HUGE damage increase (~13k -> 21k) when he went from E2 to E3 - sweet! My team is also at level 48 as the multiplayer has greatly helped me to level them up. I'm really realizing for the challenges the hardest part is the bronze and bronze/silver battles. It seems such a shame to spend credits maxing out bronze/silver characters though
I watched it again and he barely gets through that fight and the fight before it. He got lucky. To his credit he doesn't have a gob of gear on his cards like you would expect. I can't remember how far I got but you're tempting me to try it again.
Thanks nearly finished battle 49 batman just so strong he 1 hit my regime superman who is level 50 elite 7 with a lunge kick and shazam level 49 elite 7 with a lunge kick and a batarang and animated harley quin with a few heavy hits. Any ideas on how to beat him and who are the best cards to use to complete this battle
Throw your weakest at him first and pray he only uses first attacks instead of second attacks. It will take two third attacks plus more to beat him. Make sure you are blocking on the onset of the battle because he usually starts with a special. I may replay that tonight just to remember it better. Also you probably need a stronger third player than HQ. And make sure your specials are maxed out. (power wise)
Hey G! We missed you! How was vacation? Before my game reset I was mainly using Regime WW. I enjoy the game so much more with my Red Sons. They will only get better and better! And yeah, the nightmare is out of reach for me for the same reason. I can finish the second battle only. I need to work on honing a bronze and silver team. Briscoe, do you have a set bronze and silver team?
Just beat batman with regime superman, shazam and bane. The battle was mostly luck, batman mostly used explosive batarang so it was easier to just take the melee damage and build up level 3 for bane and superman and level 2 for shazam
Hey man, vacation was great, thanks for asking. The wife and I did a road trip to Chicago - really nice city and lots of great food (not such a great baseball team!). I'm making this nightmare challenge hard on myself. I know I'm going to come close but know I don't have the horses. I beat 2 of the 5 battles now (Lantern and Cyborg) and am four fights into the Arrow battle. No chance I can get through the silver/bronze though If I can get through the arrow battle in the next day or 2 I may scramble to beef up my bronze team to try to pull this one out. AODS is already a favourite of mine so I want to pull out all the stops to get his gear.
Yes... Hollywoodshono's YouTube vid shows him collecting a Krypto Lex Luthor for finishing BB7. I dunno how he made it past some of those fights with those cards... I'm just not having that kinda luck!
I used AOB, RSS, & RSWW (all E-VII/LVL-50) I had to tempt the Batarang out of him... I used weak/tap attacks without completing the string (NO KNOCKDOWN... This always seemed to get me lunge kicked to death). Every time he knocked me away I blocked from a distance... this also seemed to tempt the Batarangs vice the lunge kick. It took me about six tries to finally beat him. Gear would help (I had crap for gear)... Good Luck
Yes... I have a go-to team for Bronze & Silver. It's mostly due to the passives. Bronze: Insurgency Deathstroke, Lex Luthor, Nightwing (although I sometimes sub Green Arrow or Cyborg for Nightwing... GA adds 5% damage and Cyborg regens when tapped out) Silver: Regime Green Lantern, Insurgency Lex Luthor, Regime Nightwing (I sometimes sub Cyborg for Nightwing... his power generation while tapped out can get usually get you two Supers... really useful for Countdown & Dampening Field Matches). I haven't had much trouble with the Nightmare ladder using those teams with all of them around E-VII/LVL-46 with maxed out specials/supers.
about 100 booster packs i take to get him to elite 7 . First time i get shazam after buying 30 gear packs, then i tried buying back around 30 gear packs and i got a second one so i tried it a tried time and it didn't work so i stopped buying gold booster packs except for the 25% off and i get i get him a few time in the discounted booster packs and i spent about 5 million to elite him to 7 I just get shazam to level 50. When I play online battles i use shazam, regime superman and animated harley quin and nearly all the time i get people with elite 7 level 50 with 300 gear each with healing. Fun Time
<sigh> I've bought about 40 boosters since I've installed 2.0... I waited awhile to pull the trigger since so many people were having problems. STILL no Shazam... not one. Guess I'm gonna have to suck it up and make a multi-million coin investment in boosters... GRR... I just wanna get my last Darkseid first. There's just SOO much I would rather spend coins on... Like promoting all of my favorite Challenge Cards or buying Gear.
congrats on getting your first shazam. Getting shazam is based on luck, but it's up to you if u want to elite him to 7 but i think u shouldn't bother with him for now just get all your other cards to elite 7 and your gears first so after if u thing u really want him you could grind credit easier then u could try to get him. The good thing about shazam is his stats and passive which could let u take down an entire team even if they have 300 gear elite 7 shazam has 30,305 damage and 80,190 health
I just passed BB6 and now I am raking in the rewards! The last two battles I got rewarded 54k for beating the final fight in each(!) and two bonus gold cards! (I sold one of them as my annoyance at getting this character is well documented). Now farming BB6 is going to make me a rich man, though I only have one team that can do it for now so my farming is extremely limited. I think my leveling up is going to be a lot quicker from here on out
