I gotta admit... I used my heavy hitters: AOB E-VII/LVL-50 RSS E-VIi/LVL-50 AGA E-V/LVL-46 They didn't last long... LOL I guess it depends on how high your anchors have been promoted & leveled... I would probably use RSSG over RSWW since it's a Radiation Match. I'm two battles from finishing Battle 5 Nightmare... Just waiting for power to recharge... I don't think I need to use my recharges since there's 16 days left!!!

AOD Nightmare Ladder Complete!!! No skips... IDS went down QUICK... RSD wasn't too bad. AOD was tougher than expected... AOD took a Super from AOB, a few Special 1 (power drains) from AGA, a Super from RSS, AND it STILL took a tap/punch from RSS to put him down. My AOD at E-II... got another 3 Star Alloy Sword. Now to promote New 52 Nightwing for the Luchador Bane Challenge!!!
AOD Nightmare Tips The HARDEST matches in the AOD Nightmare Ladder were the (Power) Dampening Field Matches in Battle 4 and Battle 5. I used Arkham Origins Batman and Killing Joke Joker with the requirement card (either Cyborg or Green Arrow). I led with AOB until I could get off a Super... then tagged in KJJ for the sacrifice. Super w/requirement card, then another Super from AOB... "Victory"
No sir but I did beat the last part of expert first. So the battle with AO Deathstroke and normal Deathstroke is over.
Just finished. Arrow Green Arrow was only E1 so he sat out. RSS did most of the heavy lifting as the Deathstrokes tagged in and out. As RSDS was eliminated AODS came in with a second special, luckily I was blocking. He is tough. Supes got him down to about 50% but had little gas left in the tank. But in came RSWW who hadn't seen action till this point. She was all shiny with three power bars waiting for him. He didn't know what hit him. She made it quick and painless. Love that card.
Love this forum, you guys are great. Been reading for awhile, but just signed up so I can pick some brains. I'm also on Expert battle 5 and having trouble after maybe 6 fights. I have Arrow GA but he's only lvl 31 and not elite. My other heavy hitters are Regime Superman lvl 32 E3, Insurgency Bats lvl 39 E4, Insurgency Joker lvl 42 E2, Regime Black Adam 37 E3, Shazam 42. I have several other golds plus my sliver and bronze but I doubt those would work at this point. I can grind out about 175k in a day if I have time (stupid job getting in the way of my fun). Should I just keep buying the 75k booster or at this point should I start focusing on specific cards?
Ok so I beat the expert challenge but man the nightmare one is not doable for me so I am done with this challenge. Do we know guaranteed characters needed for the next challenge? I really need to start promoting all of my guys instead of just getting new ones and leveling them up.
I posted Luchador Bane's requirement cards weeks ago... How quickly we forget. LOL Battle 1: Bronze Only Battle 2: Womder Woman MUST be on team Battle 3: Silver Only Battle 4: Nightwing MUST be on team Battle 5: Flash MUST be on team I HIGHLY recommend New 52 Nightwing and ElseWorld Flash (E-II/LVL-40 or higher) for an Expert run. EWF may be a tough pull if you missed his Challenge... he's still available in the Challenge Boosters. Although... If your anchors are E-V/LVL-40 then Regime (Silver) Flash may do it.
Level up your Insurgency Batman, Regime Superman, & AGA to about Level 40 and max out their Specials/Supers... you should be able to make it through the Expert Ladder. You'll probably struggle with Dampening Field & Countdown Matches, but it's doable. Don't waste coin grinding energy on a ladder your not ready for... GRIND on. There's still 16 days left. For buying cards... the boosters will either promote your heavy hitters or increase the gold cannon fodder in your deck (allowing you to grind longer)... it's a win-win. A direct purchase wouldn't be too painful for you... you seem to have a handle on the grind. Your goal should be to be able to field enough teams to farm Battle 36 without stopping (about 5 or 6 teams). Gold E-II, Gold, Silver/Bronze should work... Try to pair complimentary passives.
So at this point I should spend coins on getting my abilities maxed out? Maybe a 75k booster and the rest into abilities?
Last night was (another) Darkest Night Batman and tonight was Lobo. I'm hoping if I alternate booster packs and challenge packs I may accidentally get something I want. So far it's not working.
If you want to beat the Expert Challenge (and grind higher levels) you'll need to invest in the anchor cards you have... Max out thier Specials & Supers. Don't forget their Support Cards! Filter through my previous posts... There's some good advice & explanations.
LOL... I got all of my Lobo's through boosters. I really didn't like him until I got to E-IV... He seemed a little underpowered to me. I underestimated the value of his passive... I invested in his Specials/Super and now I play him. I pulled another Doomsday... which I promptly sold, then broke down and bought another New 52 Nightwing.
Should I start buying daily packs or just save up for more AO Deathstrokes? I'm feeling a little impatient, lol.
