When you are the in "sell" section, it only displays what extra cards you have, all can be sold safely. It took me a while to figure that one out myself but it sure was a hell of a boost to coins once I did. One thing I found to be careful on is character cards. If I have a spare character card and haven't used it to elite/promote that character, I think it shows up in there. I may be wrong there on that part but that was my impression so I always double check that a promotion is or isn't available for a character before I sell the character card that is in there. I think I've explained that but I'm sure one of the vets would explain it better. Edit, oh yeah, follow on from as Cygnet said below, basically watch out for support cards or upgrades for characters you don't own yet. Don't sell those. Sorry bout that was going under assumption of someone with all the characters and forgot about the extras for unowned cards. I think I may have sold many cards I shouldn't have now.
One the support cards (colored ones) it's showing everything your not using. Some may be duplicates and some may be for cards you don't own yet. Same with the silver one but be careful with those. Sometimes I find one I need and it doesn't show up in the character card yet that I have it.
Any particular recommendation or all three? Probably not enough for all three myself but which one would you take if was only one could have? Edit. Never mind. I thought they were all gold characters by mistake. Superman it is.
The only one you'll need for the active challenge is Lex. Nightwing is coming with one of the next ones. Regime Superman is a steal; however, he's not a prerequisite card for Luchador Bane or AO Deathstroke... See my Challenge Heads Up posts from days ago (filter through my posts by clicking on my tag). It's hard to pass up, but you may want ElseWorld Flash or Arrow Green Arrow instead. If you're low on coins, I encourage you to save up and watch for the next challenge to post.

They're both similar in stats that the difference is negligible... and neither passive is better than the other (almost useless). Since they nerfed Superman Prime's Special 2 (freezing is only temporary now) I would give the edge to Regime Superman... his Special 2 has been, ever-so-slightly, nerfed in damage, but it's still UNBLOCKABLE.
Hello people, Just started playing this game a couple of days ago. Read a few blogs about it. Says initially I should only go for the discounted gold cards. If anyone has any advice about starting players please let me know.
I would say read the posts by Briscoe88 and CygnetSeven. Between the two of them, they've covered just about everything you need to know about the game. If you're logged, just use the "search this thread" tab up top there and enter either of their usernames and it'll make it easier to find all their posts and any info you'll need. CygnetSeven had his profile reset by mistake a couple months ago, so his have been very useful for when starting all over again but Briscoe88 has also given simply a huge amount of info on character cards and teams also. So either of those guys posts are you're best bet for someone starting out. Amenbrother and G-Man11 are also well worth reading too as they've given a load of tips as well. None of mine are worth reading as all the tips and tricks I've gotten have been off those 4 guys. Definitely use the "search this thread" tool to find them easier as there is a lot of stuff in here.

No prob man. I may never post here but I always read. I have had the game from day one but I always find the posts from you guys to be the most useful. Far more useful than anything I'd have to say so I never have anything to contribute myself. Genuinely thanks to you four. They have helped out a lot.
Hey thanks RIP I do my best to get good information out! @ CauseIMBatman, I would definately start building up credits until you have enough for the 75k gold pack. Every day try to get enough for that and then start building your roster slowly. Once you have a few decent cards and maybe have your heart set on a main team start buying those cards directly from the store instead of the pack but it will probably be a while for that. Also try to do the bonus battles once you have a team or two that can handle them as they give out decent coins and exp.
And one further point to add to this - I am personally focusing on building up my Red Son team (available in the store for 400,000 credits). It's expensive but worth it as the team works together extremely well, and you get 3 characters for that price, and you know who you're getting. But to Amenbrother's point, I would buy several gold packs (3-5?) before I would even consider focusing on one team. Then you build that team up. I'll be upgrading my Red Son team to EI this evening - exciting
