This is one of the reasons why I really really hope this game does well.

Another reason I hope it does well is because I don't want developers to be suckered into the Droid Market, where piracy is 100 times worse, to try to earn whatever they couldn't earn in the App Store.

I hate cheap, pirating douchebags. I'm guessing they don't know that's the equivalent of walking into best buy, cracking a case open, and stealing the disc to a game. If they do know that, I pray the worst for them.

I'd like to know what The Sims 3 made back in the day. Went straight to No.1 in the days when the App Store was littered with fart apps selling for $0.99 and it was priced at $9.99

"TUAW reports Infinity Blade was sold 274,000 copies in 5 days. My crack was downloaded 2,1 million times in that same time period."

Jailbreaking isn't illegal piracy is illegal get your facts straight. I don't own a jailbroken ipod/iphone, but jailbreaking and piracy are not the same. Jailbreaking is your choice to make not Apples. You should give credit to the gaming company who made the game by paying them, but jailbreaking is 100% not illegal.

I want you to control f this whole page and find where the word 'jailbreak' is mentioned besides in your post..so 'get your [eyes] straight?' I'm pretty sure it's been established jailbreaking isn't illegal..thanks for clearing that up..Jailbreaking and then dwelling in piracy, though, falls into that category.
