ok so I just started playing and im confused, Seems like there is main quests, and side quests I go into a side quest and I am way under lvled, should I be beating the story first?

Either way you'll still need to master a few items to level up your character. IMO I would go through the side quests to gain XP to level up for the main quests

Don't pay too much attention to the level of your enemies. Typically, your enemies will level up exponentially faster than you will. My typical enemies are around level 500, and my characters are a little over 100.

You will die a lot at the beginning, but in time you will get the hang of it. Just don't start jumping in Deathless Mode anytime soon :))

Bought this game a couple days ago. Was having lots of fun with it, but for some reason I can no longer hear the sound effects (weapons clashing, voices, etc). I can only hear the game's music when playing.

    I have tried:

    1. Rebooting my phone several times
    2. Reinstalling the game 3 times
    3. Made sure sound effects volume is turned up in the options menu

This has changed nothing. The game continues where I left off, but still only has music audio, no sound effects.

I am playing this using an iPhone 5. iOS is updated to the latest version.

Any other ideas about how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Maybe it's a bug on the latest build?

    Try downloading the game again.

I bought this game on release day at full price ... Completed it in a week or two and just kept it updated with every release thereafter. With the latest update I started playing this game AGAIN ... and I'm shocked by how much new content ( or stuff I missed before ) has been added.

Sale or not, this is a game that you just buy and enjoy ... No questions ... No regret !

This happened to me too. I asked the devs what happened, they said to check in the options menu, advanced, and see if the sound effects slider was set to on or off

any reason to play IB2 first? I have both 2 and 3 but haven't played either yet (massive backlog)

Apart from getting to know the storyline, you don't really have to play IB2 first. But it has a better learning curve than IB3, i.e. titans leveling at a lower speed, titans are easier.

What is the item Solar trans? (haven't played IB II yet)

    Is it a good equipment?

"The Solar Trans weapons are unique in the fact that they multiply the effect of the used gem(s) by ten. They have very low raw attack power compared to other high-end weapons, but they have devastating power if a good elemental gem is used."

I just got a 10 raw power weapon for Isa with my 3800 spectrum damage gem. Ridiculous. haha
The more you upgrade the mastered weapon, the crazier the gem gets.

^Basically Eoghann is saying that the Solar Trans weapons have low raw power, but has innate elemental damage multipliers that increase as you level the item up :)

Luck of the draw I guess? Might help to equip rare loot gems. I found Isa's while in Deathless mode, inside a black chest and had three 25% chance of rare item gems equipped. I like to make my Deathless quests count as much as possible.

Doesn't worth the chips spent on large keys IMO. It's more economical for you to buy them at half price from your GC friends, provided one of them got one of the Solar Trans of course.

Those are the only keys I spend on and I only use them in deathless mode. I've got Isa's lock picking skill maxed out. But yeah, chances for something worthwhile are better in Deathless mode, otherwise black chests are a waste of chips.
