Thanks for the video. I wish they add one new dragon each content update and at least one branching path for each location each update.
That I can definitely relate to. I had Isa at rebirth 150 something but hadn't levelled up her skills enough. It was tough going. The enemies were four times stronger and would snap 3000 hp in one hit. Luckily though the desert location with the weapons came in handy. I used her to go in there and lose repeatedly and choose the previous rebirth when the too hard option comes up. Took a bit of time but she's back on par with Siris rebirth level now and enemies are only about one and half to two times stronger. Don't really know why she was so far ahead of Siris on rebirths either but guessing it was down to my money farming in final mission and losing to her last enemy rather than Siris's. It was the only solution as I had mastered everything and didn't have the time or cash for weapon or suit upgrades and couldn't find strong enough gems. Try it out. Just go to desert, use the character you need to balance out and lose a lot and select previous rebirth. You'll see on each rebirth the enemies hp go down by about 300-500 so when you hit a level equivalent to your character, you can keep going again. It does take quite a bit of time though.
I rather see the last battle with the dragon as an Aegis battle with a new moveset for the dragon. I was expecting something more than just endless QTE. You can go to previous rebirth at any time in options. Unlike in previous games, I think the gold you get doesn't change, just the level of the enemies.
I never realised that, thanks. That will help out a lot. Edit, I can't find the last rebirth option unless I lose and the "too hard" option comes up. Sorry but where can I find it otherwise. Thanks in advance.
It looks like it's missing since the last update. Edit: Ok, it's still there, only available during a mission.
Does IB3 allow to sell weapons? I can't find how to sell them, even the ones I have more than one. In IB2 I remember you couldn't sell the last of each at first, but after an update or two ChAIR allowed to do so. I thought that in IB3 you would at least be able to sell the items which you have more than one in stock...
When a potion indicates it will do certain damage against a titan, is that referring to a normal enemy or something you face in a clashmob? In the second game, I remember them referring to the creatures you faced in a clashmob as titans.
Is there any rhyme or reason to the gem forging or is it random? I forged 3 "drop gem" gems together expecting to get a better drop gem. Instead I got something completely different (heavy attack charge gem). If there is a method to it does anyone have a list going yet?
Is anybody else having trouble updating this game from version 1.0.3 to 1.0.4? Ever since I updated to iOS7, I've had major problems updating some apps, but IB3 seems to be the worst of the bunch. It's almost bad enough that I'm contemplating deleting the game until another iOS7 patch is released. I cannot seem to update IB3 at all. When I go to the App Store and update the game, my iPad freezes after a minute or two and then hard resets itself. I then get a message saying that the game could not be updated. If I try again, I get the same result...freeze, reset, error message. I've tried deleting the game and redownloading but when I do so, I end up getting version 1.0.3 again. It's very frustrating. Has anybody else had issues since iOS7?
You guys may want to check this out. Its a method to make a rare dark fire elemental gem and rare treasure gem. Note only try the rare dark fire elemental gem as the treasure one doesn't work. The elemental does though and does so very well. Read all the thread just so you know how to get it. The treasure one cannot be equipped but the elemental one can. It cannot be forged with others but it is a 500 elemental. Am again do read it all to the end as there is a very definite process to follow and if you don't follow it, it doesn't work and you end up wasting chips. All credit to Hess Walker (Epic forum username) for pointing it out and proving the recipe (thanks Hess) http://forums.epicgames.com/threads/974453-Rare-darkfire-gem-amp-clues-for-the-next-update Note. It will only require 3000 chips if you go and buy all the ingredients. I had all the ingredients already from roaming the game so I'd advice others to do the same and it'll reduce the price to just instant finish of maximum 240 per gem, less if you time it till close to finish. But you must use the finish option now for x chips option or it doesn't work. The thread contains all the details from numerous people that have done it. But it a very specific recipe.
^Thanks... But... 3000 chips damn. Only have about 2.4k right now coz i use the chips to speed up upgrades. Maybe the treasure gem can fit into a star slot? EDIT: Meh... Just made a Treasure Gem... Cant put it in a star slot either. Has anyone tried merging 3 Treasure gems?
By playing a lot and finishing achievements. As an example: buy the infinity blade and get 500 chips. I have 600 atm, but I've already bought 4-5 big keys worth 450 chips each.
Me? 2.4k? I never use it on anything, except when i get impatient on upgrades which is about 4 or 5 times. Also, i made it a habit to check each enemy pre-fight, to see if there's a chance to get some free chips. Im pretty sure i got over a thousand just from the extra challenges.
Bought some keys and wheels and now I have around 30. I never used them to speed up things. I have some unfinished challengues, but at the rate I'm getting chips I don't think I'll get the needed chips for those gems.
