That's correct. Spoiler Siris uses the same device that had previously wiped his own memories as Ausar, leading to the events of IB1. It doesn't have to be real hours. If you get killed by any boss, the amount of elapsed time displayed when you respawn also counts toward any in-game timers.
The TA story was book-spoiler-free. In the book, you'll see that Spoiler Galath only started the QIP project that created the Deathless, and there is a suggested modern civilization existing before the cataclysm he caused that got the deathless the control they have in the current ingame era which is, i think, since over 300,000 years ago. What isnt clear in the book is the possibility that Galath may have already been a deathless many years before that. Just that from the point of view of Raidriar's biological father, the project only started "recently."
The game keeps crashing for me constantly. I am on a 5S. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you manage to fix it? Thanks.
Spoiler Uriel. Galath's ledger guy. He was offered to be a deathless, but instead chose to give the offer to his dying son, Jori, who later became Raidriar.
I used to think that as well till I played through the game again. In Act iv, You will find that it's actually the same location that made 80% of the first version of IB2. The problem is that we rush through the acts and Chair made it possible to get really powerful, really fast. What we have are 10 different locations we can choose to dwell on as we did the one castle in IB1. There's a dragon to kill, you can actually go dragon hunting. That's how awesome this game is. My only problem now is that I'm not sure how to earn battle chips after all the challenges are finished. Another thing, you can reforge a weaker weapon enough times to be even more powerful than originally better weapons. Potions now make gems feel less powerful. Some of the effects you can get with some mixtures are truly wow. To me, this is a solid game, all that's needed is for Chair to allow us to visit whichever castle we like with whoever we choose
You can earn chips through completing objectives in battle once you unlock that skill. I think it is one of Siris' skills.
The extra objectives that sometimes appear when you examine an enemy gives you chips when you fulfill them. From what i have observed, a Lv1 weapon increased to Lv10 will always be weaker than a Lv5 weapon increased to Lv10. Yup.. the potions are pretty OP. Dmg+ on Slash on Isa' light weapon power, Heal+ on Block with heavy weapons or with lights, and a lot more others can also be stacked onto each other. The game certainly is solid, but it has its flaws, from the glitches that appear here are there, some of them even fatal, to the existence of chips and long timers. The free-choosing missions would indeed be a great addition to this one. But i also want Chair to expand EACH of the locations right now to a couple rooms and about 3 or 4 encounters each at least.
If Chair added atleast one alternate path for each location, my complaints about IB III would be minimized. The linearity of it all is what kills it. Everything else is great. I especially love the weapon upgrading, though shortening the timers for that would be a godsend, and make it more engaging to use. I have yet to do a lot of gem fusing, and potion brewing, since I'm not sure which combinations yield what outputs, especially with gems. Sidenote, does anyone know if an upgraded Imagine Dragon Axe is decent? I really like the fact that you can listen to Imagine Dragons song while using it, I just wish it had more endgame potential. Another side note, why didn't Chair have the weapon transitions during battles make sense? I fought a titan that started with two halves of a broken staff, then somehow lost the ends, and pulled out the completed staff midway through the battle. Would have been cooler if they had just started with the staff and broken it halfway through. Also, I keep waiting for a giant titan to pull a pillar out of the environment to attack with, and it never happens. Why not? But I ditto what everyone else is saying about the story. It sucked. I was expecting some awesome plot points, particularly as Siris battles his Ausar instincts, but that really never happened. There was so much potential, and all of it was squandered on the ending that I actually didn't expect, because it seemed way too straight forward to end the trilogy. We better be getting some good updates.
It happens to me all the time on my 5S also. I fixed it by not playing... Not really... I haven't played in a couple days because I got tired of the constant crashing.
You don't actually have to die. Completing each Awakening will move the forge forward 2 or 3 hours. If you beat the game anything in the forge will be done right away.
About the titans breaking the staff and so on, it also happens. Some giants will start with the pillars and change to heavy weapons. About the Imagine Dragons, I defeated Galath with an upgrade and some potions in the first playthrough. Heavy weapons are very powerful here.
Just want to add that I'm also experiencing crashes and bugs on my 4s. It usually runs smooth, but will crash every few hours, or bug out. Definitely needs an update. Along with: -Branching paths to existing locations. -More freedom in choosing a location on the map (especially after beating the game once) -Reduced timers -Ways to earn more chips (or being able to buy potions, keys, and maps with gold) -Freedom to choose either character when playing through a second time.
Hey Chair & Epic, I want all of this too. I beat it already, and want freedom to choose where and how I play. Being forced to replay a linear story is the opposite of what Infinity Blade allowed us previously... and it's making replaying it at all a little boring.
