I can see how that's an annoyance. Every IB game was this linear on launch. Put it down for now and wait for the inevitable content-adding patches. (Also, no, neither rainbow gems nor clash mob currently exist, though I guess it's possible nobody knows how to make the former yet.)[/QUOTE] Thanks for the reply. I know the IB games are linear, but 2 made it so you could explore the place some and choose the order you fight the bosses. IB3 is completely linear. Also I've seen enemies with the rainbow defense so that is why I was curious. There was also 1 clash mob mission, but maybe it was just a test? Either I find it silly they didn't already have it implemented. Oh we'll homely IB3 gets good treatment like IB2.
It's actually not iCloud, but ChAIR's cloud server. Seeing how unstable this build is, you might have better luck just backing up your game, then install the ipa on your iPad.
Ugh, thanks. When IB 2 came out i lost my saves 3 times before uninstalling and waiting until a fix. Frustrating...
So that's it? after you slay the dragon does it come back with better stats on the next playthrough? can anyone answer this? It will be cool, like our very own offline clashmob event.
I not sure what you all mean? I defeated it too, but nothing lead me to believe it's not over yet. Could someone explain (using spoiler tags of course)
I don't know if someone already commented this con, but Chair nerfed magic for IB, AGAIN. In IB2 it wasn't as powerful as in IB1 until Chair added the Holy Ring (which was nerfed in another update), and now magic is near to useless. The magic stat seems to just affect the regeneration instead of regeneration and power, which means that the power of magic attacks depend on the level of the magic you used and gems. I hope it's just another bug, because otherwhise this game is unbalanced as hell. Also, I thought the parry bug that was never fixed in IB2 was already depressing, but getting the "QTE" for the stabs for a type of weapon I'm not using (like getting lots of circles from dual when I'm using light) is even worse. I've also seen the super move or whatever is called doing no damage. I reinstalled the game to level up my chars before any content update. I think I'm going to try the Hyper Slash trick, and if it works, then this is the laziest work I've ever seen. EDIT: it doesn't work. Well, at least they fixed some bugs from IB2.
Decided to try again....deleted game reinstalled and reset to awakening 1 and still the only mission that I can go on is the interlude....really annoying to grind on a map with 1 enemy and no way to increase my awakening
The Worker, and most other bosses, aren't leveling up after I beat the game. I think Therin is the only one who is, actually. I wouldn't really care, but having the Worker level stuck at 150 as my level gets higher and higher looks pretty weird on the leaderboards.
It'll take some getting used to, but it isnt impossible. Im sure you can rock with a hammer or an axe in no time.
Because that parry bug isnt a bug. There are even enemies in IB3 now that have these counters to your parries with faster attack sequences, and they can all be parried still. If they tripled the existence of it, that means they acknowledged it as something of a feature that adds to the challenge.
Wait, wait, wait... You mean the parry bug as when you parry an enemy attack and the enemy attacks you again? That's not a bug. The bug is when you get a perfect parry but you get damaged from the attack you just parried. That can't be a feature. Enemies using another attack after your last parry is indeed a feature that was introduced in IB2, and now enemies use it more often, but getting damaged from a parried attack was NEVER a feature, just a bug that was never fixed in IB2, just like those unattainable items, the various glitches in ClashMobs or the money glitch.
Omg this is so funny. After all this time we were actually talking about different instances. Ahahaha!
After well over a year playing IB2, heavy weapons are still my worst category. Any expertise I may have gained in them is undermined by Siris' massive attack stat anyway and it'll be the same way with IB3. I do think the categories are pretty well balanced though.
