and it is the first unreal game that has been updated to work on IOS8... been missing playing since June
Dang it. Why did I bother beating the game again?! I forget that I have to start from the very beginning every time I beat it. I get confused because there's too much story! Oh well, guess I'll level up along the way.
Just got a 100 attack stat gem from the item box, and no items with nearly that much attack. Strongest weapon is Herringbone at 25 attack. Wow, that's a powerful gem!
Technically, not a new player, just a new device. Just got an iPad 4 and I am getting a fresh start on IB3 on that. I had a iPod Touch 5G before that had a complete file with a purchased Infinity Blade among other gear. Though you are right, I tore thought the level 21 enemy guarding the treasure at Radriar's Palace in three hits, and beat the Radriar impostor with ease using that gem, and I was only level 7.
Is it some iOS restriction that you can't change a game's language settings in-game? It seems really stupid that you have the change the entire phone's language just to be able to play the game in its original language.
Wow wtf... I'm on stage 3, and the boss of this level is level 100??? My character is only level 7... Dies in a few hits. Am I missing something here? You're expected to dodge every single attack of this boss, which is like impossible because the animations are just completely random and all over the place, and deal like next to no damage?? What the hell is with this game's leveling system? First enemy of the level is like level 10, fine. The the next one is like level 20, then 30, then 100??
You need to obtain/buy more powerful equipment as you go along. You can't gain XP if all your items are already Mastered.
You have to see that this game isnt like a traditional RPG where your level determines how you can steamroll opponents. In the IB series, skill and familiarity is more important. My Lv243 Siris is taking on enemies over lv15000, and i dont see it as impossible anymore as i have been more or less familiar with the titan's moves. Another good example of skill-based games is the Monster Hunter franchise. No matter what endgame equips you wear, if you dont know how to actually fight the monsters, you will never go farther than a few missions. In my case, i get one-shotted most of the time, but at least there's the second-life passive ability. So in that sense, yes, you are expected to block, dodge or parry every attack, or even interrupt them (especially the step-back combos) with either your spell or stun.
Crap i was wondering why i still have blacked out items, and googling got me to believe i got bugged out too with the Dragoor interlude not appearing. At least Donald Mustard posted in the IB forum that they will release a 1.4.1 bug fix for this.
Yep,Chair don't have a good relationship with Delta Updates, normally are Full Download/Install,it's boring,I know, but it's more safe a full update than a patch Update in my opinion..
Same glitches for me. Collector items remain blacked out after earning them back and new dragon event is glitched. We're not the only ones though (found the same info on IB forums that you did).
Why didn't you use Cloud save so you could continue with your previous progress? From my experience ChAIR's cloud server is not too bad, worked twice for me.
