i'm doing this too unfortunately. deleting then reinstalling seems like the best bet without having to free up gigs of other stuff
Same question for me. It don't understand why I have to connect to Facebook. Why don't they use Gamecenter ?
Yeah if you HAVE to use Facebook this is a complete fail. I don't want to reactivate my Facebook just to be able to use clash mobs when it should be using game center.
Best part about the update: It says 'beta' next to ClashMobs. Hopefully they'll release a REAL update where we can play via Gamecenter. As for now, I'm disappointed.
I hate to be all negative when clash mobs come out...but this is a REALLY SNEAKY POS. They use facebook because the app wants access to all your facebook information. In addition, to add friends to this game, you go to the clashmob screen, and at the top right it says MY MOB. Click on it, and you can invite friends from facebook, twitter, some wierd message system (imessage), and email. However, they too will also need a facebook account, etc etc etc. In effect, clash mobs is not free, not even close. Facebook information is big money, serious money. I would rather pay $2-3 for a legit addition to infinity blade, that uses gamecenter and all my gamecenter friends, rather than this backhanded insidious money making process. In short, you have to create a clashmob, from clash, effectively through facebook, requiring everyone in your "mob" to give up all their facebook info to participate. The app says it wont post to your wall, without permission, making it a little less egregious than other apps, but its still a silent way to charge people money, especially when gamecenter already does the whole process better, just without the financial gains. I repeat, Im not sad about the financial cost...I believe the developers should be paid for their time....but their way going about getting access and using facebook just feels insidious. Lets not forget that there are no quests starting until july 12, and so nobody can really expeirment with the actual system until then...and im just more dissapointed. Further, Im pretty sure max enjoyment only comes from having a large mob (25+ mob members gives u the biggest bonus, which is an extra 15k). How long will it take to get so many members through facebook? I dont know anyone on facebook that plays these games........oi

This does really suck. I've been going through hell to get enough space for the update and now I find out about this Facebook BS. I mean WTF. This is the kind of thing Gamecenter is for!
Clashmobs don't officially start until later at 1 pm EST. How come CLASHMOBS is Not accessible to me? Not lit up. I'm level 2.
I find that pretty funny actually. Someone should tell them it doesn't allow you to add GC friends to ClashMob yet. In any case, I guess I won't be resyncing this after all.
