Haha, enjoy the rest of the game. It'll take you quite a while to actually finish the game once. Much more content than the first game.
I've seen many people hopping on here after beating the first (real) boss and being like "IS THE GAME OVER?" so while this is a slightly funnier case, these things happen Everything sorts itself out as you play.
I guess Backtothis was a little more blunt but he's right. The first area is a tutorial! Don't feel too bad, there were a bunch of people who complained the game was too short after beating that part you were at lol. But it might be better than way because once the start the real part they'll be like O_O WOW it's big. And yes it is big! I've played for many many hours trying to level and collect items without beating the game. It's all fun (minus losing all your money spinning slot wheels..) I think the main problem is that people want to go straight in and start "leveling" which impossible to do in the beginning because the enemies are automatically given high HP to counteract your powerful IB. If you switch your weapons it'll be very tough. ----------- it's confirmed on the Chair forums that you cannot get any of those exo/robot items from the rare wheel if you're not in NG+. so don't bother wasting your time like i did
hahaha yes it is true. if you look on the Chair forum there's no documented bug about that so most likely people just sat around and slashed and slashed until they got really pissed off at the game
Parry on body attacks I find it is extremely unbelievable that you are not able to parry body attacks (like punch, kick, etc) if you strike back, you will be hit. It is very annoying since how come the body is ever tougher than iron weapon? Dude some enemies even use their head to knock you. I believe what should happen is you CAN cut them off if they dare! Agree?
It is OK for me this way as it requires more coordination: You can block, parry or dodge the weapon attacks and block or dogde the body attacks. PS: And don't forget the shield attacks! I wonder if they'll include an option to use body attacks and shield attacks for Siris in IB3
Okay, I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, it's a bit tough to search for this but anyway: Is anyone aware of the free stat point bug on the initial items? (I won't go into more detail yet) I've exploited it myself, but now it won't work in NG++. I swear it worked with NG+. I was going to exploit it to get to NG++++++.... etc so I don't need to buy all the gear each round, I'd just get the free stat points until NG+10 and master them all at once...and then quit the game until IB3 comes out
I created an account just for this game. Despite the bugs I think this is the best ever game on IOS (IMO). There's enough content here to last at least another 2 months(note that I got this on day 1). For me levelling up is fun but the way the monsters switch up their attacks as you go deeper (which for me is the most fun and challenging part). Right now I'm fighting level 170 monsters and they have this clever way of changing the speed of their attacks as well as introducing new deadlier ones. I had a few problems with NG+. I got to ^4 and I had to fight a monster with 12000 hp with a +5 sword which was impossible. I started all over again (from level 1). What I have to say about NG+ is this: DON'T RUSH IT, gain enough experience before you move over. that's the only way you're gonna enjoy the game. PS: I think there's a level cap 'cos I can't master an item more than 3 times
Infinity Blade has this way of making you feel you are the best in the world; until they bring in multiplayer and someone kicks your ass (not me tho) Any plans for multiplayer soon?
+1 I want to be level 100 by the time the content update arrives. Although I don't know if this will have any influence in the gameplay after the update.
I doubt that it would have a big influence on gameplay mechanic but new creatures mean new attacks (thats if they don't re-skin existing monsters). *SPOILER* I hope we get to play as Isa in an update, from what I saw at the end she uses a staff and I'm eager to see how Chair pull of a staff-wielding class.
Me too! I could see it working like a heavy weapon, but faster, and maybe rather than swipes for the super attack, it would be a combo of swipes and stabs
I hope they can do something with a multitouch command: maybe two finger swipe for a charge attack, or maybe they add punching and kicking - i can see that working with a staff.
Spoilerr. Okay, freed the worker and now the games done. I'm on NG+. Any difference? So why did it show Isa walk towards the castle this time round..
What will happen when Raidriar wakes up? And see Siris? "oh ever the fool, you won't escape from me again" he smiles.
They'll engage in fisticuffs, unless Siris pulls out (a) sword(s). Then when all hope is lost and Raidriar and Siris are friends, like a landslide, the tomb will come crumbling down on top of them. Thus ended the friendship between the two, strongest deathless known as Raidriar and, previously, Ausar.
