Early iPhone 4 impressions: This is... Infinity Blade. Through and through. If you liked the first, you'll like this - and the story so far has been pretty interesting. I'm not entirely sure, but occasionally it feels like the game "skips" a command I enter... Probably because I'm playing in bed though.
Has there been any mention about the game starting differently depending on whether or not you had the first IB on your device? I'm debating whether it's worth it to keep the first game now that the second game is here.
Well, the main storyline isn't too long and when you walk through it at full speed, you'll make it in a few days. But you'll miss a lot, a whole world and thousands of secrets to find.
Haven't even started main quest. I'm on level 48 and I haven't even visited the grey beards. Waiting for dual-enchanting paralyze/storm makes for a great ebony-tazer bow. Glad the main quest is shorter. Closing oblivion gates in ESIV got tedious.
To be honest the main quests in the previous ES games were average at best. I haven't played Skyrim yet (I might have time around Christmas) but hopefully it's a little better. With that said, ES aren't really about that. I have about 75 hours in Oblivion, and I beat the main quest about hour 72. I never finished any of the guild quest lines and had tons of random quests still open (I got bored of it).
You must have missed a lot of stuff in skyrim, I'm currently at 145 hours and I'm no where near finished.
do i need to have played the first one to understand the story here? I never finished the first one but played a few hours... don't feel like starting it over again(specially when it crashed on me so much)
Some people rush through things just so they can show off how 'fast' they are. It's like those kids that said "I finished reading Lord of The Rings in 1 day". They just finish the book for the sake of it without really enjoying it.

Or some of them actually role played and only did quests that adhered to their's char's personality as opposed to getting a 100% completion on their 1st playthrough. >.>
