      iPod touch 4G, 32GB, 5.0.1 - installed, rebooted, loaded. Gets to IBII logo, looks like the pause menu icon appears, sound sounds like its from the main game, mf'er f'in crashes every time!

      Starting to see and agree that it looks like 5.0.1...

      Guess I'll try Bards Tale until this gets fixed.

      I had everything there. iOS 5.0.1, open space, and a teen eager to play a great release.

      Apple and/or Chair were extremely sloppy with this.

      Well we've all got the same problem on our 4th gen iPods. It's a good thing we could narrow down te cause.

      Damn ios5.01

      Never mind just saw arta's post. That adds a new spin on things

      Somebody remind me fast what build we used to make in IB one, I remember the best build was to add all your points in magic and something else I don't remember ?

      Guys I found a fix for my iTouch 4g running 5.0.1 and it works for me.

      Log out of your gamecenter account.
      Log off your wi-fi.
      Turn on airplane mode.
      Play IB2.

      Please add this to the original post in case others actually have success with this method. Hope it helps.

      Spoiler alert::a question if u did it and killed the first 5 warriors alert : if in your first run u bought another sword than infinity blade will they it from you instead of infinity blade!..

      Tried this, still no go. Are you on 5.0.1? JB? I'm not jailbroken.
