wait wait wait. the iTouch 4th gen doesn't have a real retina display? Care to elaborate so I can understand what you mean?

iPod Touch has 326 PPI and no IPS tech. iPhone 4 has same pixel density and IPS tech. Its still the same retina display and they are both "real" though the iPhone 4 has a few more characteristics due to the better hardware.



As for the "Enhanced Features" you have better AA, better framrate, light beams, better lighting, reflections, better shadows, lens flare. etc.

 

itouch got retina screen. It just ain't an ips display, so view angles aren't as good at angles.

Less than 2 hours! Can't wait! I'm not too worried about how it'll run, because IB1 runs perfectly smooth on my iPod touch 4 running iOS 5.01

 

Okay so is there anyway to get this running on a 3rd gen 64gig iTouch running, 4.3.3?
I was so looking forward to this, and will be quite disappointed if I can't get it working, and play it tonight

 

Anyone else getting no audio? Just started happening where I have no audio playing at all.

I edited the post to include that, I submitted the orig post to early. But other than the IPS tech theres no difference, which is why I was questioning that persons comment. Made no sense.

This game is awesome. I can't wait longer.

Just curious, have you tried putting it into airplane mode and then trying? I offered this idea a few pages back, but did not hear if it worked for anyone.
