I was bummed about it looking like we are going to lose the scythe until I looted it on a prize wheel. Huh.

So after you best raidriar in a new game+, it automatically makes a new game++ for you?

How awkward. I wanted to go back and max more stuff (and farm gold)

    Anyway to go back?

Lose to the Shade at the begginning of the game, then choose Last rebirth, you will be back to new game+, make sure you dont kill the God King next time, i suggest you leave out the 4 legs mecha beast (MX Goliath) so you cannot face God king and just level up

So you can't actually farm infinity blades in new game+, unless you get enough money to master one when you run into Saydi the first time...?

Anyone intimately familiar with the gem forging process who might explain the particulars to me? This is what I'm curious about:

    1. Will three gems of the same type (titan break, damage on parry, etc, etc), regardless of the size of the actual boost, always result in a (better) gem of that type?

    2. When combining gems of three differens types, will the outcome be a (better) gem similar to either one of those three, completely random, or a new type of gem gained from combining those three gem types?

    3. If the last alternative of 2 is true, is there some sort of recognizable pattern to combining different gems to achieve more powerful, unique effects (i.e., effects not of the kind of any of the three forged gems), or do we have to discover what three gems lead to a new type through trial and error (boring predetermined recipe-style)?

I am usually not very entertained by crafting systems (the only games in where I have actually enjoyed any kind of item production mechanics are some few MMOs with particularly sophisticated and intricate systems, such as Saga of Ryzom and Pirates of the Burning Sea), but I must say that the gem forging process in IBII is rewarding (even more so i there are complex, hidden patterns behind producing new gems with special effects), although I'm not quite sure I understand why ;)

Crafting isnt as rewarding since if you want to move on, you lose the gems anyways. But during that NG+x, those gems are very handy to have.

Let me make think clear, you will go to next new game + when you
beat the God King and bring him to the Worker of Secret
. SO it's means that as long as
    you dont beat the Godking
, you can farm as much as you want, there's several ways to do that.
You can leave out one of the 3 Blood Sentinel(MX-Goliath, Archivist, Stone Demon), and if you have already killed all of them, lose to Thane the second time you meet him, this way you wont have to fight with God King and cannot go to next New Game +
    I hope it helps

To Ayjona: Sorry i cant answer all of your questions
1: yes, forging 3 gems of the same type will always result in a better gem, remember that the result is based only on the best gem . For Example, forging one +100 attack gem with two + 1 gem will likely have the same result as forging one + 100 gem with two + 99 gems. the result is based only on the +100 gem

2: forging 3 gems of different types (in my exprerience): will give you a different gem but have higher selling value ,

3: i dont know the pattern of forging 3 different types of gem.

Well, in my first game, I spent some time selling the infinity blade and the restarting for infinite money so I could master all my equipment. Unfortunately, seems like this can't be done in New Game+

Keep practicing! Eventually you'll be able to read enemy patterns and youll be able to block/dodge/parry 90 to 95 percent of their attacks, even during combo sequences.

As for not being able to afford stuff, well, the game demands a great deal of grinding, so keep playing!

The more you play, the more you get familiar with enemy attacks, the more money you gain. The more money you gain, the more stuff you buy and the more stuff you buy, the stronger you get by mastering them. Mastering them requires you to battle and battling lets you practice more! It's an INFINITY cycle, as you grind to master the BLADEs. :D

There's a clashmob event that gives you Fusion Helmet now. It's a New game + item, so if you want it for your Original Game, do this clashmob event NOW

We have no clue, because Dungeons isn't out. But both are affordable titles, so get both.

My mind just has been blown. I thought, Ib II was the same as IB I, but with a different "skin" and some improvements. But wow, wow, wow, this game is 10 times as large as its precessor. Ive beaten the king on top of the castle and dont know where to start next, so many paths to follow. This game is huge!

Weird, the game is craning on my iPad 2 - it starts, shows the Chair logo, then after the 'Infinity Blade II' shows up, it closes.

Restarted the iPad, resetted it with home+power, backed up the saves, reinstalled the game, nothing. My iPad 2 is JB'ed 5.1.1) but I was playing it two days ago, haven't really had any crashes on other games. Currently redownloading it from the App Store (will take a while) but I don't think it will work. Any ideas? The difference is, two days ago I had 10 free gb on my iPad and now I have about 7.

    Edit: redownloaded, same thing :/

Edit 2: tested on my 4S (also 5.1.1 jb'ed) which has 0.5 GB Free and it's working just fine, didn't even close anything... But on the iPad 2, not working.
