When did they say it was coming soon? I don't remember that. I think it's bloggers and rumormongers who said it was coming soon. The developer didn't.
Go to the official IB Dungeons site. In giant letters it says COMING SOON IN 2012 and it has said that since March 7th when they announced the game.
Didn't they announce it as well at the New Ipad conference, where they we're showing off this game?.. Remember that they said that it would be released around that time as well....
I really do feel like shit for getting iPad 3 for this game... I mean this game is not even coming out anytime soon.. Oh and guess what, new iPhone has a6 chip... Couldn't they just put that on to new iPad?... God I should have just stayed with iPad 2 and just waited till iPhone 5
just let this thread die. let your silence be a warning to Epic that its audience is fading... not growing.
I'm in this same boat with you. I went out and spent $750 on a new iPad just so I could play this game. Granted its awesome and still has many other uses, but I'm right there with you brother. I wish that were possible but there are wayyyy too many people who are extremely patient and content with waiting. I am offended by their lack of respect for their audience as well. Lets just cross our fingers for a upcoming release. The good news is that it's coming this year so the longest they could possibly make us wait is a little over 3 months..considering the fact they've already made us wait 7 with no word this sounds like a walk in the park.
Haha good news is its coming this year? I'm not sure I even believe that now. Any way... I was waiting for this and gof 2 supernova. Epic needs to learn from FISHLABS about saying sorry for the delays to potential customers. The developers want real money for this game after all. It's not monopoly money, you would think the fans deserve better. I don't fall under the fan category but I WAS waiting for this game, action RPG dungeon crawlers being my third favourite game type after all. Though I didn't bother with the fail that is Diablo 3, thankfully. So I guess epic aren't THAT bad, it could be worse RMAH was such a brilliant idea /cough. Also graphically this game looks better than d3 from screenshots. (again haven't played it, just saying from looks) Never mind what I'm saying, I'm just dissapointed with this company for screwing up with their customer 'service'. That's all. In a reverse psychology sort of way I guess I'm complimenting them by pointing out worse but still. There's the thing, I wonder why they don't come on this forum. It's not like we are insulting them at all, or at least not me... Just showing the epic dissapointment. See what I did there? I wonder.... P.s never type as you are thinking, it comes out strangely lol.
P.s never type as you are thinking, it comes out strangely lol.[/QUOTE] ^ Whoops. Deleted too much. ^ None of that sounded strange to me. A bit of a rant but a lot of us are guilty of that. Point being, WE WANT THIS GAME NOW @&$?!&@@$$&@$
Probably because an insanely small % of their customers come to this forum =/ As much as we love the TA forums..people should be aware that only a small number of gamers visit forums. And for a large company with an established IP and fanbase? Would make more sense to expect people to flock to their channels/forums instead!
Nexus 7's biggest selling point is that it's a budget tablet powered by tegra 3. Tegra 3 outperformed the a5x in CPU benchmarks but was creamed in the gpu department. I haven't seen the iPhone 5 benchmarks so I can't comment, but it wouldn't be surprising to see it outperform in the CPU department and come out even or a little ahead in the gpu tests.
Agreed. I find it hard to understand that some people get upset, and feels that the developer of a game seems to OWE them something if the game doesn't come out at a schedule they want. It seems some people would rather have a buggy unfinished game, than a polished proper game where the developers took the time needed to make the game they envisioned. That's the reason I was supporting Beamdogs decision when they delayed Baldur's Gate:EE three months to fix the bugs and polish the game, even though I preordered the game months in advance of its expected September release. Also, I haven't heard any confirmation of a promised release date for "Infinity Blade: Dungeons" anywhere...
