The 11pm thing is a consensus theory we got going here. Admin mentions it frequently in various articles as posted and such.

i.e. if there is a magic moment - as such - then it's at roughly 11pm. stress on the roughly . . .

second point - go with direct to device. . . . surf to a good show on the tv and try not to think about the evil you shall soon face. . . .

i recon they are updating the mobile app store games first. Thats how real racing worked. We could see it on our devices first....
