That's basically what it is lol. You go through a series of enemies to get to the boss, if you die, then your son tries to avenge your death and so on until one of the sons beats the boss.
Ya, I just don't really see the appeal of the single-player then. I'll probably still get it though as the multiplayer and graphics look sweet. The campaign just seems kind of shallow, thats all.
I haven't really been keeping up with this game, so I don't know anything about the multiplayer. How's the multiplayer going to be?
I believe you get to play versus other people via Game Center. It looks a lot better than the campaign. I know people don't like hearing that this "amazing" game might not be so great, but it's true. Maybe there will be something addictive about going through the same level again and again, but it just doesn't have a lot of content. Sorry, its the truth.
Oh that's.. not bad, I guess And yea, I agree. I find it to be the same as the RAGE situation, where the game has awesome graphics, but not so great content. But at least RAGE was only $0.99/$1.99. I mean, this game looked great when it was demo'd, Epic Citadel had awesome graphics, but after hearing about the gameplay, I was quite disappointed. Maybe also because I'm super excited for Aralon though
He asked whats the hype. We have over 90 pages of that here. Comprehension is also a good thing to have :3
90 pages, yes, but that doesn't mean it's filled with people praising about how awesome the game is. I don't have the time to read all 90 pages, so for all I know, it could be 90 pages of complaints Obviously it's not, but he's just asking what is so great about this as the singleplayer doesn't seem very good.
It's probably posted somewhere in these 90 pages but could anyone tell me how much memory this game is coming in at. I have a 16gig iPhone 4 and only 3 gigs of free space. I don't beleive I have enough memory for this months releases and not really wanting to delete anything currently on my phone. I beleive I'm screwed
Wait whaaaaaaaaatttttt???? Is there multiplayer in this game via Gamecenter? If so, then screw the single player, IT'S FREAKING MULTIPLAYER GUYS! I'm re-excited for this game so stop bitc- well, ya know...
Well, it seems like a lot of those 90 pages of "hype" are just people complaining that it doesn't run on their second gen touch. Maybe you should read it.
After playing the preview version for a full days, this game is really cool, but it's going to disappoint a lot of people. I'm not sure where everyone is getting these ideas from that the game is some kind of sandbox RPG (confused Aralon with Infinity Blade maybe?) but it is anything but that. The game is shockingly linear, with almost no story, and RPG elements don't really exist outside of the neat equipment system.
