How does this not conflict with AT&T or carrier contract laws,

Personally I don't care cause I have unlimited text in my plan and I understand it's for iPod users but an iPhone users can use it just the same and never recurve text charges but the netshare 3g tethering app was pulled twice cause of AT&T contract stipulations.

I picked it up recently and it reminded me why I got rid of texting in the first place.

I really like this app so far. The only downside now is that I need wifi to use it. Otherwise I can text my friends for free.;)

They send their text to gmail.com

You can use your address book thankfully. When you write a text, you can pull up the contacts list and choose who you want to send it to.

Maybe. The directions says it's best to have a separate account.

WTF is going on with this app? Appsniper just said it is free now. Why would a top selling app just go free? Second, it's not available in the US store. I'm confused.
