I apologize for asking so many questions (and thank you EP, I was just doing something wrong) Spoiler I've got all the items shown with the refractor, but I have no idea where they go... Also, while I was getting them, I nearly had a heart attack. I would just be walking walking walking, than BAM, she appears and knocks me to the ground, this is the most freaky game I have played
You know what would scare people? If you had a pure black figure standing on the road from a far distance when the person is out of the car. Then when the person starts to walk foward to inspect what it is the thing runs really fast towards you and stops in front of you for a couple of seconds staring at you and then runs back until it's gone. Make it a pure black figure, but see through like a shadow. I don't know but shadows always creep me out. When it gets directly in front of you make it sound like it's breathing heavy. Would scare a lot of people, but make it only happen like once or twice during the whole game.
I agree with the point. There are things that happens many times. It's scary at first, but then get boring. It gets well known and the scrariest thing is the unknown. The game scared me a lot more in the first part where everything was unknown to me.
Exactly. The more that random occurs the more it continues to be scary. Like it should be that every time you play the game the different ways u get scared.

That is a nice write up, it's good to see a proper horror game get the respect it deserves. Hopefully we'll see more quality stuff like this soon.
^This^ There is simply no possible way that I can convey how utterly ridiculous (keyword:stupid) it is to force people to rotate an iPad in order to bring up a menu/inventory/whatever. We are talking a TOUCH device here people. TOUCH. It doesn't have finger grooves or handholds or straps or anything to help hold and/or rotate it due to some design and UI failure, it has a TOUCH screen. Nothing more, nothing less. Try this: wear oven mitts with just your thumb sticking out of the left one to Touch the screen with, and thumb and index finger of the right hand to Touch the screen with. Then place the iPad on a stand in front of you in a comfortable position to play the game and enjoy yourself until the inane (keyword: stupid) requirement comes along to rotate the entire device to access some essential part of the game. Do that a few times and I'll bet you'll rethink the whole idea of mandatory (keyword: stupid) device manipulation to get to something as unbelievably simple as a menu. For a more realistic experience use duct tape wrapped around your hands instead of oven mitts. Did I mention how stupid I think this sort of thing is? Yes? Good.
I dont even have this game, but I had to say, after reading your post, I like your style. Would subscribe if possible.
Well, I finally found out what to do ( I did NOT read the solution) and beat the game. I can't wait for 7 deadly dolls! I thing still confuses me though: Spoiler the key you get from the ghost when she comes through the projector screen...what was it for? I don't think I ever used it.
Spoiler If I recall correctly the key attained at the projector is used to unlock the tower near the start of the game with the torch; but you don't go there right away. I think the photograph key unlocks the dig site
Before I press the green button, is it perfectly running on the iphone4? Are there any issuses at all?
UC's claim isnt grossly exaggerated. I completed the game in under 7 hours. UC claimed he did in 8, and James's TA review stated it took him over 7 hours to complete. Sure if one already knew what to do (your second playthrough as you mentioned), he/she could probably do a speedrun, but for first time runs, this game will take a good while to complete.
Spoiler Are you supposed to use the gun in the ritual thing to kill the late doctor? Because I just ran him over with the car. Lots of fun
