Hello everyone! My name is Josh Hughes aka Zookey (sometimes ZookeyTK on places like Twitter)--I'm Lead Game Designer of Team KAIZEN (www.TeamKAIZENgames.com), we're an indie studio based out of Montana and are working on a couple of different projects including Burst!, the indie rhythm game for garage musicians!

Burst! tasks players with detonating fireworks to the beat, and as they progress they unlock elements off the Periodic Table to increase their firework color palate (these are the same elements that give their corresponding colors to real life fireworks). We even let players take their unlocked elements and design their own special shells that detonate automatically when they're doing good in-game.

We also feature a 3D recreation of a real world bridge undergoing restoration and a portion of the final game's sales will go towards that effort, if you want to learn more about the bridge go to www.montanas-archbridge.org.

The link to our crowd funding campaign is https://www.productfunder.com/projects/burst-indie-rhythm-game/details and backer rewards include the game, the soundtrack, a PlayStation Vita skin and more! We're aiming for PS Mobile which hits Vita as well as PlayStation Certified Android devices like the WikiPad tablet.

Here's a video of Trev (my brother and TK Co-Founder) and I talking about how Burst! evolved since its' start as a 2011 Flash tech demo:
