As well as indie game development, I am a part-time lecturer at the University of Lincoln. A colleague is considering putting on a one day event for indie game developers, but is not sure how many there are in the area. Development has opened up to lots of new people who do not have established contacts, so are hard to find. Is there anyone in Lincolnshire or the surrounding areas who would be interested in such an event? It is likely to involve a few speakers and some networking opportunities, and possibly happen around May time, but only if there are enough developers for it.
