Have you ever bothered to click those links? If so you'd know what they are trying to do. They aren't offering paid apps for free they are apps like app advice which let you know when a paid app goes free in the apps store. The other banner is to sign up with free offers in hopes of winning a prize. Nothing on here has ever given me the indication they support piracy.
Arch Rivals is part of the rom set. I've read the entire thread, and I think I'm the first person to even bring up Arch Rivals (and while I'm at it, Pigskin 621 AD). Any ideas, anyone?
Haha.. hopefully it sneaks back into the app store and I catch it on time. I saw that the developer is trying to get it back. I don't understand how iMAME, etc. gets removed but there's something called Amerulo or whatever in the app store that's an emulator as well I think.
Can somebody from london tell me where i can buy an icade in store? I'm going there on a citytrip next week and here in belgium we can't buy them in stores! Ebay is wayyy to expensive: 120$ and thinkgeek doesnt ship to europe Sooo, london citizens.....help a fellow TA'er out here and gimme some store names to hook me up with an icade(prefer somewhere in the area of oxford street, regent street,...) To be fair i always find it a bit hypocritical when theres a big jailbreak section at this forum. So we cant talk about where to get roms but you can talk about how to jailbreak your iphone which you can then (if you want) find sites with illegal games where the devs wont get any money from them etc Sorry fella i dont know of any specialised shops in London, just the big chains i'm afraid. Doing a search on icade and London brings up this one... http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/assembled-icade-classic-arcade-gaming-cabinet-for-ipad/93628293 Croydon is just outside of London, can get there by train, gumtree is like 'ebay' in a way so might be worth contacting that guy. If not could you order one from amazon or firebox and make sure they deliver to your hotel ?

Sadly, "Make Trax" and "Star Castle" are two that don't seem to work. On the upside, the NeoGeo ones are running with luster!
I've gotten Metal Slug 2 to work, but not Metal Slug. Been trying now for a few days and still no joy. The only .zip file I can get is full of .bin files and not .rom files. I've tried everything, including renaming the .bin files to their correct .rom files, and although this loads, the graphics are just a jumble of sprites. Can anyone help me please?
I was also looking forward to Make Trax, but mabey someday, I am still very happy with ZAXXON, even if I suck at it.
Can't be of help as it is against the rules of TA but I can assure you that Metal Slug is working great. You need to source another rom.
^Yep same here. Couldnt send you the file if i wanted to anyway as its a whopper ! Metal Slug I does work, just try to get it from another website.
Just to add - Smash TV is another great game worth trying. Setup is with 4 buttons. Also, does anyone remember the game that was a vertical scroller and you were a man that could get in and drive jeeps while firing a gun. It was a top down view and I am sure you had to get into a helicopter at the end. It was a desert type setting. ( it's not Commando )
Is it me,or are these games harder than they were back in the arcades? I used to be able to get further into them,but even on easy I seem to be quite crap now lol! At least I've got infinite continues,or cheats!
