iPad iMAME (iOS iMAME4ALL in App Store) by Jim VanDeventer

Any sane person would think the same... but that didn't work for me. I actually deleted and reinstalled the app, but it appears some folders are permissions locked and remain in place.

has anybody Super Qix working? It works but with no background pictures.

Oddly enough, I dropped them in individually and it yielded the splash and skin to not appear, but when I dropped it in as a folder it worked fine.

I cannot speak highly enough about the combination of iMAME + iPad + iCade. This is easily the best app I've ever downloaded, and combined with the iCade it's better than any arcade experience I've ever had. Anyone who has the iMAME app and an iPad NEEDS to buy the iCade immediately. This is the ultimate retro experience for the iOS. WOW!!

kof98 is really working? tried different roms but some few rom files are always missing, i think i have found them but the game shows just red screen and that's all. what is exactly is the name of file of the working version?

 

Yep, kof98 is working on my iPad 1st gen. If I recall correctly, the name of the rom is kof98.zip. I can verify later on...

I'm not able to get Donkey Kong to work properly. It seemingly boots up fine, but it skips the two middle levels. After finishing the first screen, it jumps right to the final screen.
