See that's where emulators are bad as you're not buying any Cave titles and instead using pirated versions. So now Cave lose money. Any arcade games I buy in the app store if they're available, the rest I play on MAME Where possible support the devs and buy Dodonpachi etc
I have already bought all of cave's appstore titles and thats why i wanted to get these working to compare! Sorry to blow your little statement out of the water! I would'nt presume anything til i had all the facts in front of me
Get the ROM for PacMan (Midway License). PuckMan is the original Namco ROM. The ROM is called "pacmanjp" in 37b5.
** Options Button Crash Solution ** iPad Software Version has to be 5.0.1. Transfer purchases/backup Apps and update iPad through iTunes. If you don't do this you will lose iMame. Update to 5.0.1 and iTunes will then restore your Apps & Settings. Run iMame and voila... options menu is selectable.
Just realised you could turn smoothing off, fullscreen Cave games in portrait look glorious. Already own every Cave shump on iOS so they're not losing any money by me playing these, don't worry.

I'm not related to iMAME fork ... but merry christmas I have uploaded a zip file to the main google code web site with some missing files that enable cheats, artwork and set the correct splash/main art so favourites are correct drawing. I am clearly obsessed with Space Invaders, can you confirm if it's possible to get the art working for it that is here ? http://www.arcadeathome.com/mameart.phtml My mind is failing, but that looks like the original artwork for Mame and I was wondering if it works in iMame at all ? I have tried and have no success but I have no idea if this is MAME build dependant or not. Would apprichate any assistance.
What configuration are you guys using on the iPhone 4? Default settings run fine on my iPad 1, but the iPhone 4 has choppy sound and animation.
Thank you! but the artwork doesn't work very well.. It only seems to draw when objects pass over it.. try Asteroids Deluxe and you'll see the problem I located artwork for one of my favorite games.. Star Castle hoping that it would solve the issue of not seeing anything in the playfield but it didn't work I guess Star Castle and Tail Gunner don't work in this release of MAME?
