Ok so appearently you can connect a keyboard to your Nintendo Wii for the Internet Channel. Although you cannot use a Bluetooth keyboard (for some odd reason, the Wii seems to use Bluetooth). Anyway it's pretty damn useful and makes typing on this A LOT easier. Now if only I had a better keyboard (it's unforunately a Dell keyboard).

Unless you live alone, browsing the web on a big, crisp flatscreen TV is one of the stupidest features on a console. I really don't wanna have other people seeing my Facebook page in HD... or SD, since we're talking about the Wii.
I understand where your coming from, I mean if your going to be using the Wii to look at your Social Networking sites, that could be a big security risk. Especially if you have innaproiate stuff on it. Now Porn sites are for another day. ----- I don't expect you guys to go onto your personal websites. I'm just browsing TA from the Wii because I currently don't have access to a computer.
Yep, parents can be real Wiisels. Even my little brother, he's been one since he was a Wii little lad. And the French, oWii, the French. Ah, I'm getting carried away with this Wiiply. OMG! This brings back memories of the original Nsider forums (Nintendo's old official forum that closed down back in 07 I think). Like the first month after the Wii was released the Power On (basically the equivalent of the lounge) and the Wii boards every second a new thread was posted "OMG I AM TYPING ON MY WII!" it was pretty funny. Are their any Oldsiders here? I was Dragonboy82 on there.
Because he can hook up a keyboard to the Wii to type, which is better than trying to type on an idevice, which is kinda the whole point of the thread...
Yeah, that. You're fooling yourself if you think the forums are easier to navigate/write on with an iDevice.
I reckon they're easier to navigate and write on with an iDevice compared to a Wii. The Wii wins at typing if you connect a keyboard, but navigation on an iPhone/iPod/especially iPad is better than on a Wii IMO.
I'm going to have to agree, in some sort. Navagating the forums on an iDevice is much easier compared to the wii. But then again the wii supports Flash... So yeah..
