Hello, I'm looking for an ipad app that will allow me to create my own games (albeit simple ones). I'm not interested in publishing them on the App Store, I just want it to tinker with and maybe create some fun little games. I was told such an app exists but I cannot find one. Note:- I'm not talking about platform game editors or things like createrria. Do such apps exist? I'm willing to pay a decent amount as long as they are newbie friendly or have good tutorials. Thank you
I have a level editor for my 2D game "The Royal Quest", currently it only works on PC, are you interesting in such a thing but for the iPad or iPhone? I may add that to my future work projects, basically it's 2D, you can add - Quests - Story characters - Chest boxes - Battle zones
Not exactly create a game, but you can also play Adventure Time Game Wizard. It's a metroidvania platformer that has an expansive level editor with which you can create your own levels.
How about GeoVertex from Relica games? It is the most complex and fully featured game creator I have tried on IOS. It's very open allowing to you to create almost anything.
