Can someone help me Jailbreak my iPod Touch First Gen firmware 2.2? I’m having problems.

The story is, when I try using QuickPwn 2.2 on Windows, I get to the part where it puts your iPod to Recovery mode but it doesn’t continue with the other steps. Other steps as in holding the home button, home and power, etc. etc. It just stays at that part for hours.

I’ve tried doing this on my sister’s Macbook and I get passed the step where you press the buttons, but I’m stuck at the load screen on the mac version of the QuickPwn.

    Help?

    Rapture. It sucks.
Follow these steps and it should work.

    1. Backup and restore your iPod.
    2. When done restoring it will ask you if you want to restore from a backup or as a new iPod. When you get here, before you do either of those, close iTunes and open QuickPwn.
    3. Follow the steps on QuickPwn.
    4. When your iPod is done jailbreaking, open iTunes and restore it from a backup or make it a new iPod.
    5. Sync.

This has worked for me and everyone else who has asked for help.
    Good luck. 

    Step one. Done.
    Step two. Done
Step Three. Again, stuck on the loading screen where it jailbreaks it.

This is on Mac. I haven't tried this on windows yet. I will later, but I'm gonna leave the Mac on the load screen see if it works. Doubt it. D:

keep trying. This happens most of the time and is a known cause. i forget what happens but all you have to do is try and try again. I had to try like 4 times until it worked.

    Haha. Lucky me. D:

Straight from the Dev Team Blog - The ‘late 2008’ MacBook/air/pro line of computers have an issue with DFU mode. While it’s possible to go from Pwned 2.1 -> Pwned 2.2 (using PwnageTool), you can’t yet go from stock to pwned. If in any doubt use a different machine.

That's the mac my sister has and that's why I can't jailbreak on that.

Windows, it's freakin 9 years old.

    I'm so lucky.... -.-

I can't Jailbreak my iPod until I can get my friends computer.
    Macbooks are unable to Jailbreak.
And on my Windows it doesn't work for some reason. My guess it is 9 years old. Seriously.
