What is this I don't even. On topic, I think this actually looks pretty sick. The more rail shooters the better, for me at least. I'll be picking this up if I can find any sort of way to clear the necessary space for such a huge game.

We wanted a selector base either on ram > 128 or resolution > 480, but no such option exists. The 3GS will hitch a bit more playing the HD version, and the extra resolution doesn't matter much on it, so I recommend 3GS owners get the SD version unless they think they are going to upgrade soon. Cut down the monster download... If you play the SD vrsion on an iPad, you will complain about the blurry graphics blown up so large, but it works fine.
I Realy need to know too, i have a ipod touch 3g 32GB. So i'm thinking maybe the HD version has some 3GS enhancements. So could someone indee please enlighten me?
Yeah Gyroscope sure does make a big deal of difference to me, assuming you are able to move the camera around with it. There was a game by Ngmoco that lets you use the gyro for aiming I suggest you try it out if not already...
that comment was written by someone who calls himself johnc, is he really carmack? I doubt it. Most probable it's someone who thinks he knows everything there is about the game. Just because someone who calls himself johnc says something on a forum then we can trust him. He did point out some plausible bits though. I'm getting the SD, for now...
