Aren't Pepsico fast food combo joints common across the US? There's a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut down the street from me, a Taco Bell/Long John Silvers down by my parents place, a closed KFC/Taco Bell between the two and a few Pizza Hut Express places inside larger businesses. I've never heard of a "Chick Fil-A".

Here in the midwest our access to fast food is rather limited as certain franchises have very few if any locations out here. If there's one around here I've never run into it. I mostly stick to the local fast food franchises like Culvers, the fattiest in Wisconsin based greasy dairy deliciousness.

I have heard of Chick-Fil-A, never have had it, and can't because here in michigan they are farther than a Sonic restaurant used to be. (157 miles) Has anyone had Steak & Shake?
