So guys im really in a jam! My mother got an ipad 2 and she is trying to transfer all her info from her iphone onto the ipad. (contacts, emails, ect) when we set it up we used the iphone backup and all it did was transfer the apps. I am hoping for a solution i can do straight from the ipad! (a.k.a i dont want to use i computer but i will if its the only way) First person to help me do this will get gifted anyyyy app they want. thanks in advance
I'm pretty sure you can do all that with iCLoud. go to icloud in the settings and mark everything so It'll sync in the cloud. Then on the iPad you should be able to restore everything.
I have tried that. Is there something I have to do on the iPad to receive the data from the iPhone? Or is it automatic? I have been trying this for 3 hours. Never mind -_- It turns out none of the info was saved over the apple iCloud. It was saved over some Microsoft cloud thing that was very difficult to connect to.... Sorry guys, can someone please close this
