Though I purchased this on release week, it's great to see others try it, as well as giving a great TD game some more (deserved) exposure. My only complaint is that it does get a little grindy.
Is there a reason for location restrictions? I'm getting an error because my country ain't supported. I'm spending tens of every single month on iOS apps and games, but when I want to redeem a promo code, suddenly I'm not allowed to because of my location? I don't get it I'm not saying it's your fault, but I just want to blame somebody cause it's simply not fair. At least from my point of view considering my purchase history and contribution to potential user base through the reviews on the Appstore.
This has been on my wishlist for quite some time. Great timing I would say. Been itching to play a new game since last week.
¡No hay de qué! The IGN link doesn't work for many of the countries outside of the U.S, but the code itself should work on every country's App Store. Try taking one from here: http://codehookup.com/d385530f http://codehookup.com/b7d36acb
yeah, I already tried that of course, that's my point.. I'm getting an error with the list of supported countries, but I don't understand how are those chosen, because some of them are significantly smaller or less populated then mine (I'm from Slovakia, next to Czech republic which ain't supported as well) here's the screenshot:
shero89, and why would I wanna do that? As I said before, I'm spending tens of euros every month on apps, there are hundreds of them in my purchased list, with the new US account I'm gonna loose them. Besides, I'm not sure if I don't need an US address (or credit card) to be able to do that. I'm saying I'm not sure because my credit card information works fine with the Netflix for example (which I'm also able to use only with the US proxy activated), but on the other side, I'm not able to make purchases on Google Play if there's no address for the supported country. Anyway, creating another account in different country ain't solution. My point is, if I'm good enough to pay for all those apps, why am I suddenly restricted to redeem a promo code for free? It just doesn't sounds fair, that's all.
You don't need a credit card to make a US account and you won't lose access to your purchases or your original account all I'm saying there is nothing wrong in having a US account for promos that's all and make all the purchases you want from your original account like most of us do as for the US address as long as it's a valid address it will work I had the white House address in my US PSN account
What Shero89 said is all correct, making another account won't affect your purchases on your main account. Just use a dummy E-Mail address, search for a U.S postcode online, check none for payment options and you are done!
