Hey everyone! Just wanted to pop by and let you know my new app, iFader, is available on the AppStore. iFader is a simple application with only one purpose - to fade iPod audio in or out over user specified time. There are also options to define app's behavior when fading ends (like stopping iPod or resetting iPod's volume to starting value). There's also a user feedback-sparked update coming, allowing users to specify starting volume (now it uses current iPod's volume level). Also, some other users even suggested iFader should have an option to start iPod player (but I'm not sure about this one). Believe it or not, but idea for iFader come from my new born daughter - sometimes I'm living my iPhone playing music in her bed, to help her fall asleep. And I thought it would be cool to have an option to fade volume out after some time. By that time it was impossible (believe me, I've tried), but as soon as iPhone OS 3.0 introduced such functionality I created iFader (that's why iFader requires OS 3.0). Works like a charm! As far as I know there's no other app on the AppStore having this functionality. If you try iFader please let me know what you think. I'll appreciate any feedback!
