IMO, this is one area where Apple, and others that follow suit, will fail. Asking 600 dollars (give or take 100 depending on storage size) for an iPad and having it outdated in 2 years isn't a good thing, honestly. iPad 2 is almost worthless now in regards to a lot of new releases. iPad 3 will be soon to follow, and I wouldn't doubt if the mini is outdated by next year. These devices are too expensive to become outdated that fast.

That being said, I always felt the iPod touches/iPhones were junk designs - overpowered for the memory and storage on board (especially the memory), but still not comparable power to other handhelds in the price range - especially where gaming was concerned. I dumped mine and the wife's quickly and switched to android for phone/music use, and they play games better honestly. Larger screens, more memory, better performance and more usage. It is obvious that Apple never intended the touch/iphone as gaming devices, but even as the App Store overran with games, it seems they still don't quite get it. Hopefully they do, and quickly.

I have a love/hate relationship with my iPad4. It takes amazing photos and video, and for that alone I love it. Some games on it run flawlessly, others cause a CPU1/CPU0 panic and crash to apple logo. Once in a while Safari drops me to the home screen. These are not behaviors I expect from a new, nearly 700 dollar device. It's not all the time, but enough to definitely say the thing isn't perfect. If its also out of date 2 years from now or less, that's just not cool (and will be the last I purchase).

Agree on the spiders. Their attack radius needs to be larger. Don't think a separate command is needed, when they move to attack from further away.
I don't mind that I have to manually move behind them; because with 2-4 meatshields in front of me, where is the fun?

    ---
    And I found another bug:
Quite a lot of monsters (like 1 in 10, I guesstimate) cannot be autotargeted, or manually targeted. I cannot hit them with the Witch's standard attack. The 1st attack skill sometimes works, but the only surefire thing to hit those is an AoE attack.

Enjoying the game so far but a closer zoom for iPhone players would be really helpful.

You can manually close up the camera in the options tab in the gameplay menu,

I have bought this game, against my better judgement to wait! But the Dev sounded so up for it I thought why not, still not played it, not even a little not once and after reading there's a game breaking bug at the "cemetery" I'm glad I haven't. Ill wait till its updated to a satisfactory condition before playing! At 2 bucks IMO its worth it even if you have to wait for a fix or two.

    Yeah, that doesn't work.
I bought extra space, and all the objects I placed there disappeared after leaving the village.

There's a few bugs needed to be fixed in this game.

Thanks for the update on the fixes, glad to hear the cemetery is being worked on and love the game so far. I normally just play through these type of games once but I'm tempted to make a witch and go through the quests again. Any plans on being able to trade items you find between chars (if there's not already a way)?

AFAIR there is no such way built in. But you could start a new LAN or Internet game with one of your trusted friends, join with one character, drop the item, then join with the second character and pick the item up. All while your friend hosts the server.
I say trusted because if he disconnects you'd lose the item, and there's nothing stopping him from picking it up for themselves.

    The chest is broken.
If you leave the village, the items placed inside will disappear.

Besides, according to the developer, the game don't support item transfer between characters.

    Very poor spanish translation.
    The menus are very confusing.
Besides that there are too many circles in the game.

Played a few hours at this point and the game is definitely easier to play on my iPad 2 than iPhone 5. I have to turn off post proc to get good frame rates on the iPad, but I'm fine with that - the bloom effect is too much in some places, and the game looks great even without the post. And not having to squint at the screen to play far makes up for the loss of the post fx.

After playing this long though I've noticed some of the bugs others have mentioned like the missing text, the spider not attacking sometimes, auto targeting sometimes not targeting automatically, and I did have one crash, but it was when going to the main menu from the swamps.

However the biggest issue for me is the voice effects. The voices for the witch are adequate, but the monster sounds are pretty bad. The goblins are downright annoying. It's a shame that such a high quality production has such mediocre sound fx.

Still, a fantastic action rpg that I plan on playing through to the end!

Great game. Reminds me a lot of DH2. Only a couple of hrs into it and enjoy the crawling so far.

    Hi,

We outsourced the translation to a "professional" translation company. But seeing that there are so many complains about the quality of the translation, I'm beginning to doubt their professionalism after all. We are sorry for the poor quality of the translations we're unlikely to ever use this company again.

Would you kindly point us to these mistakes? None of us speaks Spanish and we had to put trust in the translators.

Maybe there is a good soul that could point us the mistakes and help fix them?
