I can't figure out how to change the virtual processor speed. I'm stuck at 3000. Tapping it doesn't seem to do anything and I didn't see it under options either. Oh, and I'm on the iPhone version, if that makes a difference.
Caution caution! This might not have much relevance now a it been pulled, but playing around with iDOS bricked my iPad! I had inadvertedly unpacked megalomania to the c:/, and rather than move the files around in dos, I used the file transfer in iTunes. I inadvertently deleted the iDos config file. Upon launching iDos again, (still connected) the config file reappeared in the file transfer list in iTunes, and then my iPad hung on a black screen. Hard resets just led to the Apple logo. I gave it ten minutes, before bailing for the pub and leaving my iPad in recovery mode. Fortunately, I make regular back ups. Still a great app and I hope to see it return, but caution to be advised with that config file!
I would just about kill myself if I missed this. I checked here at 10 in the morning for my daily runthrough, just before my ortho appointment. I didn't even get back here before the pull. Thank god for my keen sense of gaming intuition.
I synced after it was removed and i didnt lose the app, but maybe it has enacted yet. Can they really take away apps youve already purchased? I thought you got to keep them
It looks kind of weird though (sorry I haven't personally tried it myself as I have yet to go home), but the zip file is only 21 bytes? Is that right?
Panzer General!!!!!!! it's a little slow but after turning off animations it is playable very good! Sound and mouse work great. only the start screen is slow but once you are in the game everything is fine ipod touch 4g look at the retina greatness:
