It is very polished. It works very well. It looks also very nice. It is simple and powerful at the same time. As you know you can record your ideas as a photo a recording or a note. It is like evernote but prettier. It is an enjoyable app and useful.

Well, it is a rather simple app to use. Immediately upon opening it's a few buttons and one that's for "Most recent idea". Basically you can record some thoughts that might pop up for you, so you don't forget about it after. Pictures from your album can be used too. I'm not sure about video support for 3GS.
I usually use the default Notes app, but this UI is just snazzy and very nice looking.
My only problem is that I'm a 1st Gen iPod, so voice control is somewhat out of my reach. But it does what it says, and I've used it a few times now to list a few interesting ideas down (mainly for doing homework after school).

I have one suggestion that might make the listing transitions smoother. While viewing an idea, allow the user to quickly switch to another idea by swiping the screen to the right/left to view the next one on the list. I am rather used to this sort of action because of certain IM programs that allow the user to switch between chats with a single swipe.

All in all, not a bad idea.

The Ui is beautiful, and makes me wanna stop using Notes when in need to quickly write an idea. It's great that we can add up to 6 photos to a note too! Haven't tried the voice note yet, as I use the iPod Touch and usually don't have a mic plugged in...

    All in all, great app!
