Having read all about this new stick, including Engadget's review, I am onlu happier that I bought the iCade. The Atari stick is too limiting and looks like crap. As for the controls on iCade, I think the stick is fine. Love the ball top. The buttons are slightly on the stiff side, and I may replace them with some nice Happs buttons someday. Not sure, cuz they really aren't bad.
Why would anyone buy the Atari Arcade joystick?, you can't use the ipad in landscape mode, it has only four buttons as oposed to the eight buttons the Icade has (meaning not being able to play games like streetfighter) and over here in the Uk you can buy an Icade from amazon or Firebox.com for £79.99. It's up to us Icade owners to push the Icade more and support the apps and developers that are supporting the Icade. I for one have no regrets in buying an Icade and enjoying every minute with it. Looking like my next purchase will be Paper Monsters as the gameplay video looks great.

I just tried it, it is a total Centipede clone. But the iCade controls work great and it is pretty fun. Somehow the game is more creepy when all the bugs look a little more like actual bugs.

Who? Just noticed PC World are selling the Icade on their website, same price as Amazon and Firebox.com £79.99 I'm assuming you can buy online or pick one from a store (providing there in stock)
