Bmamba, one of the developers was kind enough to PM me when I was the only one reporting this new bug. It was a few days ago, and at the time, they couldn't reproduce it with any of their devices, so they're not sure how to implement a fix. Maybe those of us who are having problems can list which IPad we're using, with what firmware, which version of ICade being used (ThinkGeek or ION), and if your IPad is Jailbroken or not. Maybe, they're already on it? If not, I'm sure any bit of info helps. I want to play this game more than any on the ICade, and am going to be bummed if they can't implement a fix and we can't play it on the platform we bought it for... I'm running one original IPad, not jailbroken, using firmware 4.3.5 And also running one IPad 2, Jailbroken, on firmware 4.3.3 and using the ION version of ICade. Both of these have the same bug of unresponsive controls.. Let's trust this info will help the developers find a fix!
No Gravity isn't working for me either - even after the update... IPad 2, not jailbroken, using firmware 4.3.5.... Shame as it looks like a great game...
Not working here either, latest version of No Gravity but I'm running iOS5 beta so can't exclude that as a factor.
No Gravity works fine for me with sound and iCade-support (iPad2, jailbroken, iOS 4.3.3) but I think it's very weird that the ship goes "down" when you "pull up", I think the vertical axis should be inverted when playing with the iCade Edit: ok, just noticed that you can invert the vertical axis in the accelerometer-settings, but you need to restart the game to take effect greetings MJFox
Nice one!. An update is coming soon. It will make the activation of the iCade easier. hopefully it will fix issue some of you experiment.
Tried no gravity last night, found it to be buggy as hell using the Icade. App worked then didn't work, crashed, screen whited out. I re-installed the app three times still encountered the same problems. For the record I have an original ipad not jailbroken running OS 4.3.5. had arcade selected in options and had the vertical axis inverted. If you intend to play no gravity on Icade then my advice is to wait until all these problems are fixed. This is the only Icade supported app so far that I have not been able to get to work, a shame really.
It's good to see independent developers developing games for the Icade, but where are Capcom, Taito and Sega? Don't Capcom realise that if they brought Capcom Arcade to the ipad with Icade support that they would make an absolute killing? Warblade HD and Super Mega Worm are two very good examples of what can be done with Icade.
PLUM CRAZY iCade support Hi all, Just wanted to add another to the 'confirmed' list, our game PLUM CRAZY http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?p=1871102&posted=1#post1871102 We are currently adding iCade and joypad support as I type this and will submit as soon as it done. Cheers Al
You should add."... ..Flashback to the list. Works brilliantly but needs scaled up to x2 as it's currently an iPhone App. Hopefully they'll do that C64 one soon.
Karate Fighter will be updated to include ICade support in the near future (according to the developer).
I just got the last badge in Mos Speedrun and I had so much fun playing this let me tell you, if you have an iCade this game is a MUST BUY! greetings MJFox
Hi, We've just posted a video showing Plum Crazy on the iCade The iCade/Joypad update (v1.2.6) is currently with apple and should be out before the weekend, woohoo Hope you like it guys. Cheers Al
Warblade update is out which improves ship response to the joystick. Having great fun with this game.
No Gravity updated with improved iCade support (fixing switch from iCade/non iCade) : http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/no-gravity/id418025457?mt=8&ls=1
I would like to test No Gravity with iCade before to buy it, but the lite version seems not be updated with the last fix and functionnalities of the normal version.
