Was just watching the gadget show and they were showing an ipad case called iballz which seemed to consist of four balls attached to the corners, while it did seem to work when they chucked the ipad about I just thought it was one of the stupidest things I've seen. Found this picture and a youtube video On a similar subject the show also had a test where they were comparing budget games to full console games by comparing brain scans of people playing them and came to the conclusion the budget games did better. I have to say I don't believe that conclusion, I think it's more likely playing on a tiny screen just takes more concentration but still quite interesting.
IBallz rock Dude, iballz rock, protect your iPad from falls, hang it, grat for handling and gaming, tilt display, and raise your tablet from crappy surfaces. All with ultra light weight and maximum minimalism. They look kinda goofy, but there not just another boring ass case, try them out and you'll love them.
From the show I would say they do seem to really work and could save your ipad I just don't believe anyone would use them out and about as they would probably get some strange looks. They could be useful inside or if you let children use the device they look stupid to me but in a functional way I would say they are clever idea hence my post.
