hello whoever is reading this currently i am intrested in making a basic app, however i dont know what programs you need on the computer. i would really enjoy it if someone helps me out. thanks.
It could depend on the type of app, but in general you need a Mac with XCode and the iOS SDK, all o which are free at developer.apple.com. Note the app will run in the simulator, but not your device until you pay for a developer certificate, a $99 US per year fee.
Except the mac.. that is not free on developer.apple.com there are also lots of guides and examples to get you started.
