I'm not going into details, but I saved someones life by stopping them from committing suicide. I asked if they were ok, and they responded with; How do I deal with this.. Everyone says i did the right thing, but her.
She's obviously in a state of emotional and mental instability. Once she gets over whatever's bugging her she'll see how much good you did her. Sleep easy and know you did the right thing.
It sounds like they probably belong in that hospital for the moment, no? I don't know what you could possibly have to feel bad about. If nothing else you gave them the time to think things over. There's no thinking things over after suicide, and I doubt this person has a painful terminal disease or something, so it probably doesn't make a whole lot of sense for them to kill themselves anyway. Not sure if I'm making any sense, but you know...I don't really think that the anger this person is directing at you is really about you.
If she was in a state of stress bad enough to commit suicide, imagine that same feeling, but with failure and the fact that you're in a mental hospital, all while being warped with a feeling of nihilism and despair. I don't speak from experience (thank god), but I've seen some stuff, and it's not all cut and dry. You did good, though. Just give her time and leave her alone.
She obviously has some mental or emotion disorder, which is probably one of the courses of her attempted suicide. When she comes to her senses she will realize what you have done, she just not quite in touch with reality. IF you feel bad about her hating you, just think, how would you be feeling now if you had just let her die. You did the right thing bro, dont worry.
They are lying. You cannot use the internet or any way of contacting somebody (other than a phone for talking) to contact anybody while in a psychiatric hospital. This person is lying to you and he is not really in a hospital he is just being a douche.
All he did was put what the person said in quotation marks meaning that he is quoting the person, this does not mean it was an email or writing, it could well have been a phone call like you suggested. It just means that that was exactly what the person said

But he said he asked them so he would have needed to have called the hospital to talk to said person. And it doesn't appear that they would have called him.
Sounds like attention seeking. Unless you actually know this person, but if it's an internet friend...
What I think is that he/she actually wanted to be saved or have someone stop him/her.(But I cant be sure without knowing the whole story ..>) Try leaving him/her alone for a while.

The best solution is probably to pass her contact details onto the Jigsaw Killer and if she really wants to stay alive she will.
