      Are you saying turn by turn nav?
      What you are asking for is kind of vague.
      Why not just use built in Google Maps if all you need is a map.

      The built in Google Maps works without wifi... and i can zoom in very closely.

      Probably easier just to buy a roadmap. All the "Offline maps" apps in iTunes seem to have bad opinions from people.
